Update - All going well and inflating twice a day now and leaving for 40 to 50 minutes inflated while I watch TV or work at computer. Feels like it is a little thicker now then before. Length still about the same bu doctors said 6 to 12 months before I reach all I am going to. Able to produce ejaculate whenever I want by hand or using a Fleshlight. Head sensitivity is very good and looking forward to intercourse and oral sex very soon. Not able to get photos from angles I want so will have to wait until I have someone to assist. Will include flaccid and pumped photos as soon as possible. Can't ask a neighbor to come over and take a few pictures.

You've also discovered that Dr. Kramer in Baltimore just seems flat out better than anyone else in the universe these days, has these short 2 weeks recoveries and online library that seems pretty incomparable. Pain very minor as I have mastered inflate. Pushed inflate tonight and felt the inflate more this time. My doctor said pump 10 wait 10 minutes and pump more. Felt the difference as a little more touchy. Not bad so I will continue as it gets very hard.

Houshiar, a Kaiser Doc. So no high volume, averages about 2-3 cases a month. 20 plus years of experience. 2 guys in Kaiser Orange County usually do the implants. So far so good. My package doesn't look deformed. Swelling now minimal with minute oozing of serosanguinos from penoscrotal incisional wound. Let's see in one week when I have my first inflate. I told Kaiser I wanted to be scheduled mid-morning at the latest. Didn't want to be the last case of the day.

Update

Inflated as I type and getting much better pumping and after about 10 minutes pumping again. Can notice difference. Thicker and can feel the skin adjusting to the increase.

Once picture attached is of the Jockstrap I found at ABC Underwear which has really helped support the testicles and pump at this time. Takes a little getting use to the penis in constant contact with clothing and the clothes moving along the head throughout the day. I read here that another person is doing the same and after two months plus they went back to regular underwear. Me, will continue to wear these as very comfortable. Just be sure you are deflated real good or you will show your equipment.

The other photo is of this am inflation and next week (Late) I will post a deflated photo and than inflate so you can see the difference. For all those going through the discomfort of new inflating, the discomfort will pass. I hope the video to come about inflating will help a lot as I have seen some but it is always the patient doing and not explanation and to number of pumps, what to do if you are having trouble, locating the release. Most of those items will be covered in the video.

Just took a moment to deflate and will repeat later today. Wanted to add this am inflate and pleased with length at this time. Aprox. 5" and hoping to get back where I was but if not, so what as it works now. Remember it is not the size but how you use it.
