Has anyone found the release button seems to be small then your first use? I seen to have trouble finding the release and have to utilize two r three time after inflating to get my penis down or I have a larger bulge then I wish. Fun to show off some of the time but not all. Today I have attempted to deflate and locating the release is difficult and takes a number of tries to get in down. It doesn't stand up as much as it did at the start. Photo here is from Monday and it was my best day deflating. One photo is of a full deflate and the other from today with a partial deflate.
Any input about button would be appreciated.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
Re: My Journey
Well, your 'partial deflate' is definitely not completely deflated. 100% sure.
Your 'full flaccid' is harder to tell. it points out, but on the other hand, the quite short flaccid length probably makes it hard to get a better angle than that.
In any case, you should be lucky that you, considering the short flaccid, can get a respectable length when inflated.
Seems the LGX lives up to its somewhat stained reputation in your case!
(I do remember you had an LGX, right? Would be a good idea to put such basic info in a signature!).

AMS/LGX 10 up and 10 down with no extenders. Penis is 5 to 5.5" now and before was 6"max. Based on info from doctor, I hope to get back there and if not, oh well, it works now.

Re: My Journey
Release button info. I am having some problems locating the release and didn't know why. Below is the info I received and how to deal with it. Helped some and will utilize should i have problems. I am hoping when I see doctor for inflate, he will go over and show me how to deal with this type of situation.
Sometimes the pump gets stuck a bit, or seems glitchy. I think that's when it needs that "pop" to really get functional again. My typical method getting back to functional status and achieving the pop is to rapidly go back and forth between inflate and deflate, or taking the pump and trying to give a very quick "burst" or rapid squeeze all the way in, to try to reset the pump and making it get out of that stuck mode.
I will see troubleshooting techniques for when the pump is being difficult, or getting stuck in the squeezed position and doesn't want to re-inflate. Early on like this, it isn't broken- more likely that not it's being glitchy and needs a quick pop pumping to reset it.
Hope this will help others

Re: My Journey
If you watch the YouTube video of the surgery you will see Dr. Kramer measure for the implant and see the 10up/10down. Some men are 11 up/down and determines the size (length) of the implant. Some will also need extenders place if they have more length. I didn't so no extenders were needed. He did mention something about Girth as I have always had good thickness to go along with 5.5 to 6" in length.
Watch more of Dr. Kramers videos and you will see this mentioned in quite a few.

Thanks for clarifying that! will try to see the video soon. Again, you deserve all the praises for being so open about your experience. It's helping me a lot, reading it. Gives me hope i can become "cured" in the future.

You can see Dr. Kramer and I am sure he can give you what I have and maybe better as you may be larger. This is an old photo (not inflated) a few weeks after surgery and it has only gotten better and bigger. Dr. Kramer fixes a lot of problems for men from all over the world.
Reach out to him

Re: My Journey
In Baltimore today and learning part of my problem is the pump has rotated slightly to the right and was causing me problems finding the release button. Did not understand it can rotate that far after surgery and now once again able to feel saline going out of implants. I hope to have this info with video link posted here soon.
Myself, I have found it very important to return to my doctor for first inflate and allow him to teach me little things I can't find here about what may happen during inflating and deflating. I had pumped up and after my shower I dried than all of a sudden the inflation was gone. Of course I thought the worse and it was because I had caused the release to be depressed while drying but didn't know. Was concerned something had broken but it was only me not understanding.
Hope these little things may help.
