A couple weeks ago I discovered a knot at the base of my penis top side where the tubing comes out. This morning I felt it for a while and it definitely , zero doubt is a kinked tube. it comes up in an inverted V and the bump is the fold in it. Called AMS, they told me to call their doctor for advice. Got some gal on the phone who gave me a guy who told me to pull on the pump and penis, rock them back and forth and pull the kink out. It does not pull out. It remains the same no matter how much I pull, bend, twist it remains a kink. I still think the installation SUCKS.

Need to trim my nails. Trying to get the bulb to squeeze, first try it collapsed and stayed that way. Finally got the deflate button to buzz a little and it filled, then hard. Trying to get it to squeeze and pop I shot it out several times and nails shaved the skin off. Sucks holding a Kleenex to your ball sack to catch the blood while you are trying to get the F*cking pump to work. I did after an hour get it to pump up and went to 63 pumps this time. Does not look one bit bigger to me and wife told me to tell another who p.m.'d me this morning that it is not getting bigger but 2 additional pumps again. I still have a hard time believing the people here who say they pump 12 -15 times and have the best rock hard erection of their life. Doctors told me 15-20 should do it, but not my experience nor some I've been communicating with.

Apparently my wife is wanting to use this thing. This morning she told me that at this rate she does not think she will get to try it out again by next January and she is not happy about it. By the time I got the damn thing to pump up she had left the house for errands. Back to work. Spending time on this worthless implant is wasting a lot of my time. WAY too much time.

He said that if you don't get that really strong first pump then deflate again and then try again(repeat, repeat,,,,). After first pump he said that after a full pump then next pumps can be small or large..
That's what he said - still trying to do it myself not too successfully yet(still feels like steel ball), but have to keep trying !!!!

That is something I learned months back. Also the first one needs to be quick if you can. Slow will not pop it or pop it fully. All you boys that had scrotal probably are sore enough you don't want to be giving any quick bursts for a while but that works best. If it was not deflated it did not work well. If too inflated I would have to force about 3 hard pumps then hit deflate, then I could pump it.

There is definitely a kinked tube. You can feel it where it comes out of where ever is comes from pointing out, then it is folded in a sharp v and goes right back down again into wherever else it goes. From the top it feels like I have a sharpy marker pointing up under the skin about 1/2 way between my dick and the surgical incision. Probably did not show up on the scan because overhead like in an overhead view of a blueprint it would just look like a continuous line. A side view if possible would make it quite clear that sucker is bent in a V. In the beginning I had a lot of S shaped curves in the tubing. I could feel them and follow the tubes around. Those seem to have straightened out the last couple months. A few hours after surgery one of the students told me I likely would have to pull and move my penis around to get kinks out and I did have to move it back and forth to pump it for a while.

Sorry you have a steel ball yet. At one time I laid mine on the vanity and smashed it there to pump it because it was so difficult. Did that twice and seemed to help loosen it up but sure easy to slingshot it off that way.

Have you tried long hot baths? I did a lot of those after both my implants, trying to figure out my stuff....

Yes, I did try a long hot bath last night to see if that would help pull the kink out. I really have never found it softens up the implant itself like some others have stated. Possibly due to AMS uses silicone versus Coloplast's proprietory fabric ( which I really do not know the make-up of). Silicone as a rule can take up to 500 degrees without changing form on items such as spatulas,oven sheets and cooking molds. A plastic such as polyvinly chloride (PVC) can be soft and flexible as low as 160-180° depending on the calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide content and fluid at 280° as an example how other polymers react.

The only thing I find the hot bath does is thin the scrotal wall so the pump and tubing are easy to find.
