a few little things I've mentioned in other posts...
....flaccid, it wants to move down into a somewhat uncomfortable position - a result of my first (botched) implant. I "re-adjust" several times a day. I normally keep it "up and to the right". Down to the left is a bit uncomfortable - it wants to "curl" and fold with a "corner".....

...I lose a drop of pee now and then - as much a result of RP as implant, although the implant makes it a little more difficult to get the last drop out. During a "session", I get up to pee "just a little" a couple of times. And there's never any "can't get it up"....!!!

...I get a "cold head" if I lay on my back, uncovered, in the air conditioning. Easily "fixed" by putting a sheet, towel or face cloth over my "weenie". I sleep on my side so it's only an occasional inconvenience. I can also tuck it between my thighs if it feels cold.

That's the 2%, give or take.....


The 98% - I can fuck, fuck, fuck.....also (no small thing for a guy) - I can pee standing up!!! My little "post-RP" wienie barely stuck out past my zipper and seemed to be getting smaller by the month - atrophy, I suppose....... I had to"sit to pee" for 2.5 years between RP and my first implant.

And....did I mention...I can fuck, fuck, fuck? And....thank you Dr. Perito!

I'm happy with implant but ever since ive had ive developed chronic premature ejaculation and pre-cum ! A complete waste of time getting the implant really !

So.... What does ejaculation has to do with the implant? And, if you don't loose the erection, what is the problem with orgasm? Just keep going? And you do know there is treatment for premature ejaculation, you know? What have you done to address it?

I have tried SSRI's but no good,i can literally ejacuate twice in a few minutes since the implant and i get now get really baad pre cum. What treatments are available?

I do not have an answer but can sympathize. Everyone wants to ride the roller coaster a while not just get in and back out. For several years before the prostatectomy I would get retrograde ejaculation if I rode in a seat for more than 1 1/2 hours. Between a bladder full of cum rolling around and a sticky dick from trying to pee, it made travel very annoying and I did a LOT of traveling those years.

Best of luck to you and hope you find a way to resolve it. I have heard people say they have had success with a fake foreskin to combat PE. I have no idea if it is true or hawking more crap to fill another huckster's pockets. I think it was called sensislip or something on that sold on eBay. Try an eBay search using the word foreskin possibly.

Several years back Dr. Brandes @ Washington University School of Medicine told me they used to treat PE by cutting a nerve but no-longer do that procedure because that nerve grows back together. Possibly there are urologic reconstructionists familiar with the penis that have developed a new approach.

Years ago EMLA creme was easy to buy on the internet but like most meds it got hard thanks to FDA crackdowns. Now that you mention it there was a creme approved by the FDA for PE 2-3 (?) years back but I do not know the name of it. Likely any Lidocaine based creme or spray ( SolarCain comes to mind) would help due to the numbing effect but I always wondered if it would numb up a partner so a condom would be required. EMLA is almost always wrapped in plastic when prepping for a procedure.

EMLA doesnt transfer to the women as long as u let it absorb for a few mins. Its still easy to buy on the net, i got 4 tubes no problem. Failing that,my doctor will prescribe it

Interesting. Thanks for the update. I've not tried to buy any for a long time but at one time every site I went to said cannot ship to the United States or they would not guarantee delivery because of the number of seizures during shipping. At one time I had considered mixing DSMO and marcain, both which I have on hand to experiment as a topical analgesic. Glad it does not transfer. You both would be trying to fake it just to end it after you went for 3 1/2 hour marathon.
