It's comments and attitude like this that made me stop posting updates. Everytime I post someone has to whine..

True. You can act like that, or understand that it is hard to believe on certain things. Not calling you a lier by any means. People post all the time progress reports about their surgery's and implants, and what not. And people don't stop posting because there is a bit of criticism, with good manners. But if you prefer to take it that way....
I try to raise awareness about arterial blockage after penile fracture or rough masturbation in here and on peyroniesociety and nobody gives a shit, generalizing. Haven't stopped posting yet

Re: Dr. Ralf Herwig claims that he cures Venous Leak
If someone is offering a surgery that doesn't work and costs 1000s and he profits from it, then no he should not be allowed to offer that surgery. That is my opinion on this discussion forum.

Guys, you've got to stop all the nay-saying.
You wanted to know how Razor is doing. He said it's worked and it continues to serve him well. If you want more info, ask him to expand politely instead of knocking him.
I'm sure this procedure works on certain men and not so well on other men.

37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.
Re: Dr. Ralf Herwig claims that he cures Venous Leak
Personally, I am glad things went well for Razor. Being a highly controversial procedure that has had very mixed results at best, it is good to know he at least, had a decent outcome. For the others that did not, it sucks and being they still seem to outnumber the good by a large number, the procedure appears to be considerably too much of a gamble to make it worthy of consideration. None of us can wish everyone to have a failure on a controversial procedure to prove it's negativity. Glad you are satisfied Razor and I hope it can continue in that phase for you. For all others, I would strongly suggest you pursue other avenues that have a more proven record.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
Re: Dr. Ralf Herwig claims that he cures Venous Leak
Very glad to hear as well about your success Razor. As you may remember, we did the surgery same day in Vienna. I was the next patient in line, and came in just after you finished. Even more weird that we happen to live in the same city in Asia, and used to go to the same Uro here in our home town..!
Anyway, I just want to add my opinion on this treatment. I did get noticeable results from it. There was a clear improvement. A cure if speaking for the first few weeks. Moving ahead a few months, it wasn't a cure, but it was a clear improvement.
Meaning, if I hadn't done the implant, I would still have been very happy I did the sclero since it actually did reduce my ED. I gave it about 6 months before I did the implant, and of course I cannot say what would have happened with the sclero effect over time past those 6 months. But at the 6 months mark there was still an improvement.
The most pronounced effect was in the hardness of my glans. It went from half-hard to very, very hard. Luckily that effect is still there with my implant. I think there is a considerable risk that without the sclera I would have gotten a rock hard shaft from my implant, but with a soft glans. Now I can have both of them perfectly hard.
So I am in a way a happy sclero-customer as well. Even though in a different way than Razor.
I still would not recommend it though. Not as in a cure. I would say that for guys who have moderate to mild ED (from VL) and who are prepared to do this with the eyes open and knowing there is a variable outcome with anything from no effect at all till best case a significant improvement, and most likely something in between - some sort of improvement but no cure - then go ahead.
Of course, the money issue is there as well. You got to be prepared to run the risk of seeing these money wasted on nothing.
Then there might be a risk with this procedure as well. One guy did actually report getting worse here, even though we cannot know whether that was a true objective worsening or one driven and exacerbated by his state of mind at that time.
Anyway, the fact that these are the only doctors in the world (as far as we know) who offer this treatment should ring some sort of warning bell.

Re: Dr. Ralf Herwig claims that he cures Venous Leak
I am and probably will always be trying to rationalise how this has happened to me.
My bloods are good.
My hormones in check.
Good test levels.
No discernible trauma to my penis.
No single or primary leak 'spot' identified.
Just a bad experience and a mind that won't quit.
Yet no morning wood. Maybe one every month.
An erection that needs constant stimulation.
Either something, somewhere is wrong in my body or the force is truly strong with me. But in a bad way.

Did you ever experience any fall onto an hard object on your crotch area? Are you a bicycle rider?
Re: Dr. Ralf Herwig claims that he cures Venous Leak
No to both PFracture. It's literally as if the mind has gradually lead me into a belief in faulty. And so it has acted so.
