Experience with Kaiser Southern Cal implant AMS 700 ms LGX

Basically he said cycle every other day for next week then move up to daily. Mentioned soft tissue still healing and let time take its course. He mentioned another patient same day as myself had an implant and couldn't even pump due to pain. So variations, patient to patient. So far things going to plan. No sex until 6 weeks. He said I can leave my penis pointing south, but it rubs on the penoscrotal scar. I use baby socks to put over my penis to reduce the chaffing against my scrotum/scar

I had AMS 700 LGX implanted 23 days ago and things are coming along. My size about 6 inch with girth 4 1/4 inch, I probably could go for sex now but will wait another 2 weeks, as pain has gone down significantly. I can pump to about 5 3/4 inches length at 4 pumps now without any significant discomfort and hardness likely adequate for sex. I feel in about two weeks, I can get get another 3-4 pumps to increase fullness.

Post op day 29, cycling daily, can get upto 7-8 pumps. Still some tenderness glans and perineal area. No sex yet but have softly masturbated and came without a problem

Had sex 32 days status post surgery. My glans penis was painful about 3-4/10 and scrotum 3-4/10 as well. So basically I could tolerate the discomfort while I pumped away for 15 minutes for the first round of oragsms (hers not mine, I did not orgasm) and difficult for me to orgasm due to mild pain in glans penis and scrotum thru out the session. But great feeling emotionally for me as no performance anxiety. My partner knows I have an implant. Her opinion was intravaginal sensation was great and natural; and her opinion aesthetically was the appearance was perfect. She felt the pump in the scrotum, It was not painful to pump. The only pain was the dull ache in my glans penis and scrotum when fully erected. That dull ache has decreased as the days have passed. Overall I would describe the first session a success as she came multiple times. Pleasurable penile sensation was decreased due to the dull ache cancelling out pleasurable sensation. So as the dull ache decreases then I hope there is inverse gain of sensitivity

Well I'm 50 days out and penile discomfort has gone down during erections. Certain positions/angles cause discomfort but able to do the basics, missionary, doggie, cowgirl, spooning, but the lying flat on the back side ( I hear they call it the elephant) hurts a bit so I just avoid. Had 3 different partners, and all seem to have orgasm, unless great actors lol. I was finally able too orgasm with vaginal penetration x 2 so sensation coming back.

I had my implant done last year (May 2015) at Kaiser with Dr. Houshiar. He did a very good job, minimal pain and bruising. I had the AMS LGX700 implanted.

Good to know other patients are having positive results. He is a low volume, but of course he does other surgery as well. I had pretty good process with pain management as well. I still have pain in my max pump erection. My girth less and length about the same. Hoping to get some of that girth back. Any feed back t grind
