Increased length or girth?

[P-fracture]

Prior to the penis fracture I was 6.5" and eventually over the years it went down to 5.5". I was implanted with a AMS 700 CX 21 + 1 RTE in September of 2014. I had 14 cm pre-op, using the flaccid stretch method, which was consistent with the 5.5". Post op I was 10 cm in length from abdomen to the tip when fully inflated ( a lose of 1.5") . With a daily routine of cycling the CX to the point of discomfort, I was able to gain another 2 cm after about 12 months. So now I measure around 12 cm from the abdomen to the tip. Unfortunately, my device started leaking, so I'm switching over to a Coloplast Titan hopefully measuring at least 24, but hopefully 26 cm so I can restore my post-op length. The surgery is next week.

Anyone have experience with a Titan expanding in girth or length?
