Going for an implant? follow this protocol for size regain

FWIW I am a newbie but been pumping and using 4x extender for years. I find that I can get a real nice looking erection in the tube while under vacuum. It always goes down, but larger than before pumping. My concern is that before using the VED when I stretch the penis myself I don't get any gain in length. It is always the same before pumping. But after pumping I can stretch it pretty well without VED. Go figure. May be I should pump it up right before surgery and have them go for it!! I don't know a definitive answer.
