I'd like to know how warm or cold the dick is with an implant. I believe there is still blood flow. I'm also told that taking Viagra and Cialis helps with blood flow.

My penis temperature varies, much like it always did before my implant.

After the surgery and until about 2 months, mine was pretty cold and smaller. However, around 2 months erectile tissue began to build back in and it became warm again and bigger, fuller when flaccid. At about 3 months, the erectile tissue was back to giving me some pretty good morning wood and much bigger when aroused. I've found that taking some cialis, even when pumped up, really helps to get things back just like in the old days. So fun!!
