Erect Angle

Postby Toonarmy » Fri Jul 22, 2016 5:39 pm

Hi, what is a normal angle for inflated penis when standing up ?

If we Say 90 is pointing straght out from the body, 180 straight downwards and say 360 if pointed straight up.

I'm sure mine was 90 when I first had got my implant but I think its dropped 10 - 15 so its at 100 to 105 now.

Not sure if I should go back to my urologist about this.

Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

Mine points straight out, but if it were a little below horizontal that would be OK with me as long as it was hard enough for intercourse. ;)

On further inspection mine is actually at 45 degrees, i.e mid way below pointintg straight out and straight down. My penis always slips out during intercourse and I think that may be the reason. Time for a revision or corrective surgery i think ! Either that or get that damn thing removed, its a complete waste of space at the minute, no good for anything.

Toonarmy, I'm sorry about your angle problems. Anything that causes your penis to slip out during intercourse is not good. I hope you can find someone to fix things for you.

Straight out and on my post here you can see when I lay on my back it is straight up. Here is an old photo about two months after surgery. Will be taking another around August 2nd for the 6 month update. This erection is about 5.50" and hope to get back to 5.75 as before. No matter as it works and hard as hell.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

My first one was straight up like when I was 19, second was 90 degrees (straight out) third 60 degrees pointed down (horrible hinge affect) fourth is about 100 degrees, but I'm only 9 weeks out. I'm hoping that will improve when I can pump to the max. Still breaking it in.

60 degrees or about 30 degrees above horizontal though I have always had a slight upward curve and still do to some extent post implant.
66 year old with ED intermittently for years and consistently for the 2 years before implant. Tried everything. AMS CX 21cm+1 cm RTEs Dr Kramer 4/29/2015.
Revision 5/3/2021 AMS CX 700 21cm+2 cm RTEs.
Revision 2022 Titan XL 24 cm no RTEs.
