Implants and Length

I am just starting a PE routine to gain both length and girth. Currently I'm using BiMix for erections but if I choose to move to an implant will there be any reduction in length? How does girth work with these units. Is there a best one to buy?

Before my implant Dec. 2014 I was on Tri-mix. When it did work the erection I was able to get was about the same as when I first started pumping my implant. As I progressed the gained a little in length and a lot in girth. As I didn't actually measure I can't say how much. I have a AMX LGX implanted. My surgeon suggested this model because I am slightly on the small size. I am pleased with the results and my wife is exstatic to say the least. If you have not made up your mind yet I can tell you that you won't regret it. Go for it.

Charley did you see a size reduction with the implant>
