Implant....Leaking?

I had my implant done right at 3 years ago...actually I believe it will be 3 yrs tomorrow. For the past several months it doesn't seem to be able to pump up as full as it has been....and it seems to be getting worse. I do have an appt with the urologist in Sept. I am thinking that the reservoir may be leaking....any ideas how I can tell if it is....or could it be possibly something else? If I do have to have surgery, will the reservoir be replaced or will it be back to square one? Thanks.

Does the pump remain in the compressed position when inflated to the max ?

It did a couple of days ago, but didn't today. My penis doesn't seem to get a erect as it was a few months back.

Get to that appointment. I had problems right up front but it was the way that I was working it. But if you had three years no problem and it's acting up now, I would definitely have the urologist look at it. I don't know enough about whether they replace parts or the whole thing. Everything that I have ever read told me that they replace the whole thing but the operation is way easier and less painful than the first one.

Hi Rsmith - I think I have about the same problem. I was implanted with titan 2 yrs ago, and pump goes flat at compression # 12. Coloplast will give no info. I have an appt with uro in Oct. will post results. See my post under implants, this date.
