Ok, I have a question. I know what pumping is. But what is a traction device? Is it safe to use after implant surgery? Would it do any harm/good. Help me with my education.

Re: traction device What is it
Traction devices are weights or frames used to apply pressure to stretch the penis. Several of our FT mates have reported using them and claim varying degrees of success. I can't imagine using one with an an implant, though - I don't think it would do any good, and could certainly cause harm to the implant or disruption to the installation.
