Anyone who was significantly under endowed (think turtle head) be willing to share and answer a few questions about their IPP? I'm trying to decide whether to get an implant by Dr. Kramer, and just wonder if there might be any special issues/concerns/suggestions. I'm successful with penetration (with Cialis 20mg) almost 50% of the time, but it is becoming less and less effective.
I'd appreciate any insights. Thanks.

DO A VISIT AND SEE WHAT HE SAYS ABOUT YOUR IMPLANT. IF YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH HIM, YOU WILL BE PLEASED.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Of course go for it- Andrew Kramer will be a guy who will make you feel good, put you at ease, talk to you like a real friend and tell you everything will be alright. Yes he seems to be a great surgeon too but he'll make you feel like you're a 1 in a million patient and you're all that matters.
Re: Under-endowed - Any special concerns?
I'm having Dr. Kramer do an implant on me in October. I have a turtle when flaccid and maybe 4 - 5 inches when erect. I am hoping for a good result. He has been wonderful to work with so far. We've had multiple emails back and forth and he is very helpful. Answers his emails immediately.

Re: Under-endowed - Any special concerns?
Unfortunately I was over 60 before I realized that what I thought was a small penis (at flaccid) was very common and referred to as "grower" or "turtle". I knew my erect penis seemed to work fine and my wife of over 38 years never complained. I think sometimes an individual can be influenced about the penis by what they see in early years and IMO one in my growing up days saw mostly "showers" or at least those who did not mind showing. I was embarrassed to show and avoided situation where I needed to. Fast forward all those years and bam, I learned i was not such an oddity after all. I learned even more on FT.
Now as to IPP and the "turtle", the implant cylinders must have the room for fit so (at least in my case) the flaccid state becomes larger than before implant because the cylinders are "holding the turtle out of shell" somewhat. The surgery left me much more pleased with my show, especially in shorts, bathing suit, etc. Sure, when inflated I was perhaps a tad larger than my younger full erection but you only have a certain amount of "you" to work with so don't expect something you can not have. For surgery I just focused on being able to have an erect penis at my control, and in my case, the lack of worry about PE causing my erection to be gone. Actually, IPP helped PE also, but the bonus was what I saw in my flaccid state....where's the turtle?.

Thanks for all the input. I think I'm going to move forward with this.

Good for you. I think you will be pleased. In my case with my LGX, no more turtle. I don't hang down as the stiff uninflatable ends of the cylinders reach below the glans a short way into the shaft, but It is a lot easier to wash and urinate now, no more digging the little guy out. As for erect, well it isn't huge, but wasn't going in. I lost too much to too many years of ED and cancer treatment. But it is hard, and lasts a long as we want. On the plus side, I never have to worry about "dressing" my penis or deciding left or right today and I don't ever get embarrassed by an unwanted display of bulging member. I know, some people aren't embarrassed, bulging or not
Here's a tip that I need to follow myself. The pubic fat pad is one big cause of turtling. I need to lose about 20 pounds and that will expose more shaft length.
Good luck with your surgery!!
Re: Under-endowed - Any special concerns?
I have been a lurker on this site for quite awhile but this post finally got me to engage. I too am under-endowed, about 4 - 4 1/2 inches fully erect (when that rarely happens). I have suffered from ED for about 15 years (65 years old). I have tried all options except surgery with some success along the way but none work great now. My under-endowment has kept me from considering surgery thus far. I too would love to hear about other experiences from men with a similar situation. Thanks!!

I am underendowed and told Dr. Kramer that I have a small penis. He did not say anything about that being a deterrent. My regular urologist also said I have plenty to work with.
We will find out on Oct. 12.

JGF - Thanks for the post, and you're welcome. I figure the statistics dictate there are plenty of us. A normal distribution would suggest there would be about as many of us as there are guys with the 7" penis. And there seem to be a lot of them on this site! Maybe more guys will come out of their shell and speak up.
