Resizing Of The Device
Does anyone know if a replacement device can be fit with larger cylinders if the first surgeon implanted too small cylinders the first time?
Implanted with Titan 1/15/19 with Dr. Eid.
6-length 4.5-girth.

In a word, yes. In fact, guys who need a new implant for whatever reason are often fitted with a larger cylinder than the original.

Absolutely, just got backfrom Baltimore after having the exact same thing your asking.Make sure and use Dr. Andrew Kramer at the University of Maryland Medical Center. If you live out of state like me it will cost you a couple of grand out of pocket but trust me it is well worth it to have one of the top guys do your redo.He is A+++!!
Also my old implant was sized so poorly that I went from a 18 plus 1 tip extender to a 21 with 3 tip extenders.

I am wondering if Dr Kramer told you why he used 3 extenders instead of a 24 cm with no extender or a 23 with 1 or some other combination. I am a guy who wants to lnow all the details (as long as they are not scary).

IMHO After watching some IPP videos and scanning the AMS IPP operations manual, a measurement instrument is insert. Then they pull the cylinder into place pulling from the glan end. If it is too short, (IMHO) they do not want to start over again and they add RTEs until they are able get the correct length.
Lost Sheep if you want to know the details, the AMS operations manual and videos are avail online. I will tell you I am just now able to look at all the blood and gore. I may not have had the operation if I had known in advance what was going to happen to the little fellow.
Now am all healed up and back to normal I can view the videos.
