Penis Color Change

Saw doctor today and was told not a problem as she believes it is being caused but underwear rubbing. Gave me prescribation and told to mix 50/50 with an over the counter product and apply twice a day. I will see her for a follow up on the 15th and provide another follow up. Suggestion I for now change style of underwear and have gone back to Jockey nylon brief boxer in place of a pouch style which I really liked but it did rub on the penis head as we all know, flaccid is not the same as before surgery.

No offense, but that was a typical Kramer response, when there's a problem he refuses to acknowledge it. I was in extreme pain after his surgery for months! His response was, "well I don't know what's causing the pain, perhaps I should refer you to a pain specialist" he didn't want to admit he botched my surgery. Ego driven, not patient driven...a total jerk!

Sorry you didn't like or get along with Dr. Kramer but I did and so have many others here. I had excellent healing and recovery was fast. When the color change occurred on a Saturday I email Dr. Kramer and he responded within 20 minutes or so and called in a script for what he felt was wrong. The following Wed. I saw my regular doctor at Wake Forest and she agreed with Dr. Kramer. After the two weeks on Augmentin she felt to put my mind at ease to get another opinion and I did. The skin specialist felt it was "Contact dermatitis and other eczema, unspecified cause" and provide another course for dealing with it.

I understand you disliking him and wonder what you have learned is causing your pain? I am sure others here are curious also as Dr. Kramer always seems to take care of his patients and help however he can. Not that you have called him names, I wonder if you have the courage to let us know what caused your pain, is it fixed and who fixed. Maybe your info can help the next person

I haven't had my surgery yet with Kramer, but he is far and wide acclaimed to be at the top of his field. I have had several Emails with him, pre-surgery and he has always been attentive and a fast responder. This list is saturated with testimonies favorable of him. I'm sorry it didn't go well for you.

Saw a Skin doctor and she believes some type of "Frictional Lichenoid Dermatitis (L25.9) PQRS ()". Applying a mix of ointments twice a day and back to on the 15th. So far not much change. I do notice in the morning when I wake it isn't showing as much as it does later in the day. Have to a halt to sex that is for sure. Attached is the photo from this PM and as you can see not much change in the afternoon for others.

Will follow up after seeing her next Thurs.

My surgery was excellent this is not related to surgery. Would use Dr. Kramer again without a doubt if needed. I inflate twice a day and all is well. These photos were about two months after implant and swelling gone. Take your time and you will enjoy.

This photo is after seeing doctor for color change. She suggested it was as expected and ok to move forward with using. Oral and intercourse is just fine. Said if it comes back to utilize ointments as before and then stop after 10 days. Said being caused by clothing as it is rubbing more due to sticking out at 3 o'clock instead of hanging down as it use to. Just have to live with it. No big deal at this time

Back to normal as Dr. Liu said to enjoy and oral is ok. Clothing was rubbing as In 3 to 3:30 position most of the time and if it should return use cream mix for 10 days and then stop. She understands about the change in position as it tends to stand upright being on the exam table. Photo is from the 23rd showing partial inflate and color is just fine.

This is the most recent and sent to Dr. Kramer to thank him and Dr. Liu as she was also a great help. I feel very lucky as I had three doctors working on this color change and found two things causing. They were all taken care of in short order. Dr. Liu was my dermatlogist and she correctly saw I was also have a problem due to clothing rubbing my 3o'clock flaccid penis.

If any of the guys have a color change, see your doctor and a dermatologist next to be sure nothing else is going on.
