Ball Sack

Postby Vagabond127 » Mon Sep 12, 2016 3:46 pm

I may need scrotum reduction surgery. I'm afraid pump won't fit. How much room is left in scrotum after pump placed?

As usual THANKS!!

Thanks MCatman! When you say small you mean small scrotum right?

Man...I'm pretty small everywhere...)))...actually, my first (botched) implant the doctor put in a bigger implant and a bigger pump than I "accomodated".......Dr Perito correctly "sized me down" and everything fits well. Wish my dick was bigger....wished that 20 years ago too....)))

Don't worry about it not fitting in there. My scrotum is small too, and they had no problem putting in a Titan Touch pump. But I guess I don't understand your original question. If you think you need a scrotal reduction, why worry if there is enough room?

Why did you have to get an implant reduction? I don't mean because you are small. I mean did the larger implant hurt etc. How did it feel when you had larger device?

Revision, not reduction....but it is a smaller implant....

The first (larger) implant had many "installation" problems. The worst was a "cross" where, about an inch out, one cylinder crossed into the other "cavern" (both cylinders in one side of my dick), causing a severe bend to the left. Even so, I could fuck! After 7 or 8 months, the pump had shifted to where I could only access one side of the release valve and couldn't deflate. I went 3+ months with it inflated 50% (a guess) simply because I couldn't deflate. But I could still fuck!!! Dr. Perito had to "surgically reopen" the cavern that had been "closed" for a year. He said he'd never done that before and was kind of tickled at his success! Myself, I'm THRILLED at his success!!!

I might mention that this first implant was 2.5 years after RP. I believe my limp little noodle "atrophied" during that time.
If I had had no other problems, the larger implant might have worked fine. On the other hand....my "small" (yeah....really small) but really hard little dick is a lot of fun!!!

Pain? Worry? Expense?...........all worth it if you really want to fuck! Good luck....
