After-implant penis too small. Solutions?

Don - I'm 4"...4.5"....5.25"....all depending on where I measure.....however you look at it, it ain't "big" and, while my gut isn't "huge", it makes my dick look even smaller. But... I am SO HAPPY to have my functionally hard little dick.

In my circle of "close" but "non-sexual" friends is a hot, hot hot 40ish year old woman I've known well for decades. She once shared with me that her boyfriend "X" had the tiniest dick she'd ever seen. She stayed with him for years because....she loved him (not his dick). I believe her.....

In my circle of "young professional" friends, they all tell me 'It's not that small', 'I've seen smaller', 'my boyfriend's is smaller'........I may not really believe them.

When I was much younger and my dick worked great, I gave girls much more "satisfaction" with my tongue than my dick. I (nearly) always "ate" them to orgasm(s) before I ever stuck my dick in. Over the years, as my dick functioned less, my tongue was (and still is) my best "sex tool". But now I also have a dick that "never goes flat" and I do love to be "ridden".

Try to get past your disappointment with size and go have some fun with it!!!!

Another smaller guy, maybe smaller than you (is that even possible and still have a dick?). I lost much length from almost a decade and a half of ED, radiation, disuse, etc etc etc. I now have an implant that is rock hard and after almost 18 months really hasn't shown much lengthening. I think the doc did the best with what he had to work with.
You probably won't be happy with these, but while you are searching for some way to get a larger penis consider these things. You may have read or heard about them already.

1. I you have a lot of webbing between the penis and scrotum (turkey neck) consider having it trimmed. It is a common procedure. Sounds painful no? But it exposes more of the shaft.

2. Shorten or shave your pubic hair. Mine grows long and make my penis look even shorter. Appearances are important!

3. I have gained too much weight and the pubic mound of fat tends to bury my penis. It is far better than before my implant, but still, I need to lose about 20 pounds. Again, appearances are important.

4. Gravity is your enemy....and your friend. The positions that have you kneeling, standing, laying on top etc pulls your abdomen down burying some of your shaft. Try cowgirl more often. Gravity is your friend here, pulling any pubic fat and skin down and away from your shaft. It looks longer and also really has more usable length.

As you can see, this is how I cope with a short dick. My new "normal' though, is that I now have short but very hard, usable dick whereas I had nothing before. Good luck with your quest.

I don't shave my pubic hair. I use Nair Facial cream to remove all of it. Women seem to like that.

I was with a smoking hot 28 year-old professional today who said my penis was the perfect size for her vagina. Large enough to reach her g-spot, but not so long as to become painful. I had a good time, so maybe it's not that bad. Still, I'd rather have my original size when I look at myself.

I can totally understand your frustrations.I went from having 7 full to just at 6 but my first implant stopped an inch short of my glan, effectively making it 5 inches of rigid penis. Hopefully my redo will correct some of that loss.Not sure what an extra 2 to 21/2 inches that Kramer added to my package is really going to do.I guess it has to go somewhere just not sure where I'll see it? Can't imagine my dick growing to that length,doesn't look like there is enough to stretch that far. Cycling is going to be awful painful.

If you don't mind, tell me more about the Nair thing. I used to shave but gave it up because of stubble which my wife complained about. She if very sensitive down south.

My concern would be using that stuff on my scrotum or other parts. If there is not concern and no stubble after I could be interested.

As for your problem I have the same issues. I lost about an 1" that I could ill afford to loose. I have gained some of it back. I am a little over 18 out. I might add that in spite of my loss my wife has loved the effect. She is multi orgasmic and it is not unusual for her to orgasm as many as 8 or 10 times.

Do the tips of the cylinders go into the glans? Do you have "floppy head" ?

Rentguy, it's my understanding that, if the cylinders stop short of the glans, there's still room for longer cylinders. Maybe you can get back to your 6"

Shopman, I cut my pubes as short as possible with scissors. I keep the scissors far from the skin, though, as it cuts so easily. Put the Nair on thick, and don't leave any of it on longer than 10 minutes. If you need a second application, wait a day. Too much time will result in a chemical burn, with a blister or two. Make sure you use the Facial cream, and not the regular, which is much stronger. You'll get stubble with Nair, too, but not as bad. I put it all over the scrotum.

The tips go into the glans, ED2013. No floppy head. I don't think I'm a candidate for a new implant to regain length.

Interesting. I wonder where the 2" went? I would definitely go through with that consultation with Eid and get checked out by him or another in person.

I was expecting to lose .5 to 1 inch. I wasn't expecting 2 inches. To go from 6.5" in 2013 to 4"+ in 2016 is a shock.

Even though I had ED before, when I tried Viagra for the first time in 2013, I was back to my 6.5" again after many years.

It doesn't matter what the women think. It's what I think about it.

Sorry to hear you're not happy with your outcome.
I am no expert, but as far as I know, the typical evidences of undersizing are - as mentioned here - a glans which can be pulled and cylinders not going at least halfway in to the glans.
If you have none of these, then it is hard to see where the 5 cm went...

I just wonder what the reference is. You say you were 6 inches in 2013 and now you're 4. But how about the day before the implant surgery?
Still 6?
Or had some or all of the 2 inch loss already happened then?

And not to rub salt in any wounds, but rather to let people know that size can actually be gained by an implant, I went from 16-16.5 cm (6.3-6.5 inch) to 17.5 cm (6.9 inch).
Girth has basically remained the same, or changed so little that it could just be an issue of where I am measuring. From 14.0 cm to 14.2 cm (5.5 to 5.6 inches).
