Erections With No Pumping.

I know that blood still flows to the penis after an implant. BUT has anyone ever gotten a full erection without pumping? I plan on using Cialis daily after my implant and MAYBE Viagra.

My understanding is that one important reason to make the choice of an implant your last choice is that the normal erectile tissues are permanently damaged when the implant is inserted, and you will never have a natural erection again (of the shaft; glans engorgement -- swollen head -- is a completely difference system).

I have experienced partial erections without pumping however they are just a sort of back flow or gravity of the fluid from the reservoir. I don't know if that is normal or not but it's not bothersome for me. Actually it's not a real usable erection in my case. Can't speak for others.

There is credible evidence (published articles in legitimate peer-reviewed medical journals) that indicate erectile tissue in the corpus cavernosum CAN retain some erectile function. Note the word "can" in no way implies this is likely.
One article I found studied malleable implants that contained "fenestrations" that allowed some regrowtn and engorgement of remaining tissues when aroused. This was found to enhance the sexual pleasure. NO ERECTILE FUNCTION was mentioned, only a bit of engorgement and expansion, but not nearly enough to produce rigidity. So, don't expect it.

Another paper I read discussed the benefits of conservative dilation of the corpus in order to limit destruction of the tissues and allow some tumescence/engorgement to be retained by the patient. This was among a group of first-time implantees. The study concluded that it was unnecessary to dilate the erectile tissues out of existence and that preservation of said tissue is beneficial and recommended.

So, yes, tissues responsible for erections may still function, but since they did not produce erections before implantation, they will certainly not produce erections after implantation. Logic tells us they are unlikely to work (if they work at all) as well as they did immediately before implantation, even in the best of circumstances.

So, short answer, you may get some tumescence, but likely not as much as before implantaion (though, I speculate, on top of an implant, it may appear so) and certainly not enough to produce an erection.

Shorter answer: Possible, unlikely and if present, not very much.

Most URO's prescribe Cialis (daily version) after Implant surgery ... can you still get a full erection without pumping = no. The cylinders take up the space needed by the blood supply to generate a erection. You can and should get a "swell" in the glans with Cialis if you have good blood flow in the first place.

In my experience, with some serious arousal, I can feel/see some erection/swell in shaft and glans, but "short" (some pun intended) of the needed hardness for enjoyable intercourse. It is a good feeling, however I know I need to reach for the pump to give some inflating.
