I'm 8 years post-op with a Titan. Part of my daily routine includes deflating the implant - by aggressive squeezing I can get it pretty flaccid (not as soft as I'd prefer, but acceptable). But it always backfills a bit so is always slightly inflated. It's a nuisance but I'm long since accustomed to it.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
