Many thanks to those of you who replied seriously. Lost Sheep, what you mentioned is excatly my concern. I'm afraid there may be some air in the implant. The gurgling sound has been there since day 1 indeed. I'm meeting with my doctor in 2.5 weeks and anxious to hear what he has to say about it. Thanks a lot for your thoughts.
Implanted at 33. Sept 2016. Coloplast Titan. Venous leaks for my entire life.

The noise is coming from me squeezing my still tender scrotum. Seriously, there's a little buzzing sound when I deflate. :)

Did you receive an answer by your surgeon about the first type of sound you heard: when you release the bulb during inflation ?

My CX does the same thing. When brand new it had little squeak when I was inflating, which anyone in the room could hear. The inflate noise went away, but still have that buzz for a few seconds when I first depress the deflate button.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
