Creams To Increase Blood Flow?

Has anyone ever hear of or tried a cream or gel the helped to increase blood flow to the head gland?

I have not. They make suppositories you put in the urethra. OMG, I wouldn't want to try that. I did do the injections and they weren't bad. Now I have brand new implant I can't wait to try out.

You might try an herbal supplement called Yohimbine HCL. You can get it from Amazon. A good brand is Primaforce. It concentrates blood in the prostate and genital areas. It does have some side effects so read up on it. Raises blood pressure temporarily, makes you anxious, and other side effects. It used to be used for ED prior to Viagra and it worked quite well.

Now, I just take one small dose of 250 mg an hour before sex. That dose is all I can tolerate and it does the job. Earlier in my life, when using it for ED to counteract the effect of SSRI antidepressants, I took the recommended dosage which was twice that much three times a day. No way could I tolerate that now, I don't think.

There is a trimix gel that has to be made by a compounding pharmacy and prescribed by a physician and like the MUSE pellet is put in the urethra. It is not really uncomfortable to do so. Like injections of trimix works differently on different people at different doses. There are also restylane and other filler injections that can for 6-12 months at a time increase the size of the glans. These are the products used to fix facial wrinkles etc. I got this info from Dr. Kramer that did my implant.

If you have venous leakage or had radiation for prostate cancer, nothing works for long. Consider an implant. ED does not get better, at least not for me.

I see you have an implant. So this might be a little more complicated to do with all that tubing and stuff but the best way I have found to improve glans engorgment was to put a velcro strap around whole cockandbehindtheballs. It works because instead of increasing the flow IN, it restricts flow OUT -- which for you would now only be thru the corpus spongiosum to the glans. Would be a very simple thing to try and see if it works. And would not get in the way. The only issue is how it might press on all the new plumping you have. Velcro is infinitely adjustable so you can cinch it somewhat comfortable.

Thank you all for your replies, I thought I remembered at one of my post implant visits the Dr or the PE telling my about something I could use that would help. If I had just one wish it would be to get some of my length back. My implant works wonderfully and I am happy that I no longer "turtle" my only desire would be have my original length back.
