thanks LMcatman!! how long use titan? did you lost some length?

How does it cure PE?
I have both ED and PE....I respond to Viagra and Cialis and I´m more concerned about PE right now.
I probably would have to go for implant sooner or later. But if it helps with PE
I would make a faster desicion because PE is killing me right now.

Welcome to FrankTalk

I am not a medical professional, but have done some research of my own .

zlsej9218 wrote:1. can people with implant strongly exercise? (ex: tennis. swimming. bicycle. marathon.)

Yes, High-impact sports like Karate, Football (Soccer) where the reservoir in your abdomen might get an impact should be taken carefully. Most patients can ride bicycle with no problem, but some find a change in bicycle seat design to be more comfortable. It depends on where the pump is placed.
zlsej9218 wrote:2. i heard that the most dangerous risk in implant is infection. if infection is occur after surgery.. can patient get inflate implant again?

That depends on how bad the infection was. If kept under good control, no permanent bad effects may occur. If the infection is bad or controlled too late, removal of the implant and replacement may be necessary.

Rarely does an infection make later implant impossible. Also rare is loss of the affected tissue.
zlsej9218 wrote:in dr kramer's youtube.. many patient got not inflate implant but spectra implant .. why??

The Spectra is a non-inflatable prosthesis. It tends to have a longer service life than the inflatable prostheses because it has fewer moving parts, no valves, no tubing, no leaks,k etc. It is less natural in appearance than the inflatable types (I do not know why, I have never seen one or a picture of one implanted).

It would be preferred because it is cheaper, easier for the surgeon to implant and easier for the patient to operate (important for patients with limited hand dexterity).

The penis is always rigid whether it is bent, curved or straight. The penis is always the same size (volume), whether it is straight (for sex) or curved down or to the side for comfort when not in use. For urination, it must be bent in the correct direction and when finished, bent back into the pants. Some people find this inconvenient in use and hard to conceal under clothes.
zlsej9218 wrote:3. implant can erect after ejaculation. so can people resolve PE through implant?

No, Premature Ejaculation (PE) is independent of erection. The good news is that after orgasm and ejaculation, the penis is still capable of sexual penetration. So, coitus does not have to stop after ejaculation. A second ejaculation and orgasm is often possible.

I wish you well.

Did you get implant?

Not yet. I am being thorough in my research. I have learned that it is a good practice to know where the road leads before embarking on the journey.

Some of us are on our second implant due to a malfunction with our first one. My first implant was in 2009 and only lasted until 2015 when I received my second implant. There is a small chance of an implant not working over time but it does happen and they can be replaced. If Dr. has recommended an implant, see if the Dr. has any other patients you can talk to in person about their implant and well has asking on this forum

I do not remember how many times I pumped up per day/week back then. I do remember my dr. telling me that some implants just fail without any rhyme or reason. Guess it could be too much cycling the pump or tubing failed or the the joints leaked where the tubing, pump and cylinders are connected. He did not tell me after the second surgery and I never bothered to ask him what went wrong.

Know this does not help you very much but if my current implant fails I will be going back into surgery to have another one inserted.

While an implant doesn't "cure" PE.... It enables you to "keep fucking" for as long as you want even if you "came quickly" at the beginning .... Previously, if I came too quickly, my tongue was all that was left to satisfy my partner. In practice, I generally gave my girls an" oral orgasm" before fucking anyway..... A year or so ago I let go just as the girls was starting to suck me..... Being post RP, there was no ejaculate, she never knew I climaxed and we simply continued. Later when I didn't come during Intercourse, I confided to her that I'd already come when she was sucking me. She never noticed my implant until I pointed it out to her and was then fascinated with it.....

I'd say I had "borderline PE" and was heading toward ED when I had prostate cancer and a radical prostatectomy in 2009 (2010?? where the hell do the years go...09, I think..). I didn't usually "squirt right away" but didn't "last very long". .... By 2009 I would always fuck standing up or my erection would go away if I lay down...

The RP left me with no erections what so ever. I got the implant 2.5 years after the RP. Implant keeps me as hard as I want to be for as long as I want to last.

Most of my regular girls know me and several pump me up as part of our "getting started" routine. New girls generally don't notice anything unless I mention it or when we're done and I'm still hard....

I'm also korean too.

What would you say to the women if you do an implant?

Traffic accident,Peyronie's disease?

Will women in our society, which is much more conservative than the United States, tolerate and understand the implants surgery ?

That's the most worrying part for me.
