I have used trimix for 5 years+, my formula is 30MG Papaverine, 1MG Phentol, and 20 Micrograms Prosteglandin.

I am satisfied with both longevity and firmness.

I have posted a "Show and Tell" on my experience with trymix, the photos there would not be considered "chubbiness"

I use Super Trimix 120/30/2 dose .20. Rockhard for 1 1/2 2 hours depending on dose. Sometimes I use a higher dose .30 all depending on the time of day. .30 in morning, .20 at night.

But more important is, 2) Dr. Francois Eid of NYC one of the leading implant surgeons stating that injecting Tri mix and Bi mix can cause a lot more scarring than just the PGE1 and the actual damage from the needle. He has seen a lot of it in his practice where he also does injection therapy before considering an implant.

Well I wonder if different combinations might work but still not cause scarring. Perhaps just alprostadil and phentolamine, or alprostadil and atropine. or basically anything not including papaverine.

Compared to you I am still on training wheels. I have moved up to 40/30/2 which is serviceable but still not what I want. I may try 80/30/2 on the next script. Are you experiencing any pain with the 120/30/2? With the super hardness, how natural does your erection feel? Do you deflate after ejaculating or stay rock hard until the Trimix wears off? Is it always hard for 90 minutes or can you change up the dose to stay hard for say, 20 minutes or 30 minutes or an hour?

Trimix erections generally feel pretty natural, except they don't decay as much after an ejaculation. Prostaglandin (PGE-1) is released by the body for a normal erection, so the effect of PGE-1 is pretty natural feeling. PGE-1 is mostly responsible for rigidness and it wears off pretty quick so increasing it usually does not add to length of time for an erection. I use a low dose of PGE-1 due to the pain and I find that I am quite rigid at the beginning but tend to soften after a few minutes. However the overall erection remains for more than an hour, albeit not as hard.

Pain: Yes, especially my glans it gets VERY swollen. The pain (trade off for for what I gain in girth) subsides after about 1/2 Hour.
After Ejaculation: It does go a little limp but if I stand up I regain rigidness enough for a second round. (Not often).
Duration: After about an hour with .20 the rigidness drops but the girth remains. With .30 11/2 hours.

I'm getting Quadmix for a Trial run in a couple weeks. Anyone tried that lately?

I originally started with Quad-Mix it was fantastic! And ridiculously priced through one of those overpriced men's clinics. My GP recommended a urologist, who apparently isn't very versed with quad or tri mix. He has an issue prescribing quad mix because of the atropine he'll only prescribed tri mix and at a moderate concentration. It's never worked as good as the quad mix so I'm currently searching for urologist that's well versed with injectables.

I have had similar issues in Florida. Several uros knew little to nothing about anything other than alprostadil. Trimix, Bimix and especially Quadmix were foreign words to them. It is really sad that the many of the guys that are supposed to be advising us know so little about known fixes.

Here's my solution. I have a very good relationship with my regular doc, (an internal medicine specialist), and she will write me a script for any kind of ED injectable to any compounding pharmacy in the country, providing I specify an exact prescription to her.

Experimenting over the course of a few years this way, I have determined I am very sensitive to PGE-1. But Bimix, while it works for me, doesn't really do the job completely. So I am now getting Bimix as well as a standard Trimix and filling my syringe with an exact mixture that works pretty good for me that actually contains a small amount of PGE-1 per injection. (20mcg/ml Trimix diluted down 5:1 with Bimix to about 1.5 to 2.0 mcg of PGE-1 per per injection.)

I have learned much about Trimix and Bimix and use both regularly, but info on quadmix is pretty skimpy. I do want to try it, but I need more info so I can write a usable script. Appreciate any insight you guys want to post.

so, on the subject, i need your thoughts. i use a quadmix 22-25units of pap 30, phen 2, pge1 3.5 mcg.,& atropine .4 . This does work good. lasts about 2hrs however the first 20-30 mins, once the erection is full, is the best. really fills full. After that it goes down a little, then back up. i never get a rock hard erection like i read in some of the posts here. it points about 90deg out, then moves down after the 30min period. still hard enough for sex, but i too want the throbbing hard on i use to get.
any suggestions?

PS i tried trimix with 10mcg but i had too too much pain. thats why i am down to 3.5mcg.

i had robotic RP in March,15. no good erections without injections yet, but i have had a couple lately that is better. few nocturnal erections too.
