Rev. JB,
Did you get a wallet card for your implant? Both AMS are 700 MS, but one is CX like mine and the other LGX.
Rest well brother,
Rev. Donnie .

Rev. Donnie,

Yes, I did get a card and I emailed Dr. Kramer. He explained I do have an LGX and that it's part of the CX series. He says their documentation calls them all CX, but he was very thoughtful regarding the pros and cons of what to give me. Due to my Peyronies, it could have been a good choice to use the Titan or CX due to the fact they are more rigid than the LGX. However, in my situation, he weighed the pros and cons and went with the LGX. I'm glad. I need all the length I can get!!

Day 18 after my surgery. I'm still faithfully pulling down twice a day on my pump and tubing. Need to make sure it rides as low as possible.

I am going to start a new thread about this topic, but I am still tender in the penis and up inside where the tubing goes into my body. The tubing and pump are situated toward my left side of my scrotum, not perfectly centered. See my new post called "How long were you sore?"

Day 19. Not much change. Still a little sore. I thought I had isolated the soreness at my top left of the deflate valve, but now I'm not sure. I did mention that my apparatus hangs to the left of center. I reviewed the video of my surgery and it seems that Dr. Kramer put my reservoir to the left so that I would not feel it. This probably explains the left side tendency.

I am eager to be at 4 weeks and have my activation done with Dr. Knoll in Nashville. I am hoping to no longer be sore and be able to start cycling the device. Can't wait to see what things look like all hard and all.

I confirmed with my doctor that I was implanted with an LGX so it will expand in girth and length. That's good I can take all I can get.

I could swear in the video he said he measured 21.5 centimeters, but I looked that up on Google and that is equivalent to 8 inches. I have never been 8 inches in my life, so the measurement must go waaaaaay back!!!!!!

It does go waaay back, LOL. In most men, it's about the same inside as outside. Mine is 22 cm, and you'll usually hear comments like "11 up...11 down" in surgery videos when doing the measurements of the corpora. The two measurements added together is what gives then the implant cylinder size. (By the way... the best I can muster is about 5.25"). Additionally, the cylinder length is not an accurate measure of penile length either.

FlaDon,

That is helpful. I won't expect 8 inches!!!

Can't wait. I think the soreness is slowly abating and I'm going to do alright. I also think I know why my pump and apparatus is a bit to the left. Dr. Kramer intentionally put my reservoir in the left so that I wouldn't feel it at all. Therefore, the tubes come out the left. I think it is going to work out fine.

Wish I could stroke it today.

FlaDon,
Yes you are right ... it goes way back for sure ... just over pump and you will feel it ...

As for cylinder size vs. actual (erect) size after healing ... it works out to where 2/3 will be pretty close to your erect size. So in your case 22 cm = 8.66" ... then 2/3 of that = erect size (5.25). However the "fatpad" will affect the usable length ...

That sounds about right and I definitely have a fat pad. But it sounds like he did a good job giving me the maximum size available. Looked big enough to do the job in the video!!
