How many pumps? Length? Etc.

I could not tell if he was doing full pumps. Some guy squeezing my balls had me distracted

Gees, just three pumps??

Mine seems inconsistent. Sometimes the little pump feels almost like a marble and then others, not so much.

I think there's a wide range of the number of pumps required for inflation. It only takes me 6 or 7 small (not wall-to-wall) pumps to get mine plenty hard. It's more difficult for me to get it soft enough than to get it hard enough.

It definitely sounds like a wide variety of experiences in this department. I think I'm getting used to this but am still learning. In general right now I have a pretty good erection at 15 pumps, then I wait a couple minutes and put in another 10-15 to make sure I'm hopefully getting the maximum, so I can stretch and regain any possible length (takes 6 months to a year I'm told).

I had a consultation with Dr. Knoll in Nashville today and he said that you shouldn't have to pump hard. You should just do moderate squeezes rather than flattening out the pump. He wouldn't say exactly how many pumps are needed. He did say that when the cylinders are full the bulb will be hard.
