I know our balls hurt if hit there or get squeezed. :o (Don't worry you won't squeeze your balls by mistake!) There must not be many nerves in the sack itself. :P I had infra-pubic and no pain at all squeezing the pump. I had absolutely no pain in pumping. Probably because Dr. kept me partially inflated for 4 maddening weeks! :x

Thanks Donnie, thats good to know, i was kind of worried about wearing out the scrotol sack skin while pressing on the pump..

I still have 2 more weeks before my "Activation" getting a little impatient

OK....so I made it through the first day of pumping. I pumped up twice after taking 2 Tylenol with codeine, waiting for 30 minutes, then got into the tub with hot water for another 15 minutes and then pumped. It was not really a problem, but my shaft is aching a bit now, I am assuming because I stretched tissue. I was a bit disappointed in the length, but quite satisfied as to the stiffness and naturalness.

I am wondering with additional pumping if I can manage a bit more length. I say this because it appears that the skin between my glans and the rest of the shaft does not appear to be completely stretched. I'm circumcised, and there is still plenty of skin wrinkled between those 2 areas.
In normal times of the past, my erections showed all of the skin between the glans and the rest of the penis stretched out.

Pump as much as you tolerate. :o Your implant is designed to give you your pre implant length and increase girth (over time) Mine now pumps to my original 7 with absolutely no pain. 8-) Keep cycling, your doing great!

The more pumps it takes, more often you pump and harder you squeeze the more sore your scrotum skin can get. My pump has ribs on it that felt like a wood rasp through the skin at first and probably roughed it up a bit at first but now everything feels smooth. If it gets sore move the pump to a new section of your ball sack and pump there. Eventually your sack will get used to this too. Think of it as skin on your hand that has to callus so it does not blister. There is a toughening up stage. 60 years no ViceGrips on your ball sack and now you are using your hands to do that. Keep your nails trimmed close. First time you shoot the pump out from under your thumb and the thumbnail slices some skin off you will know why. Cheers.
