so . . does size matter?
YES! YES IT MATTERS! OF COURSE IT MATTERS! HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY BELIEVE IT DOESN'T MATTER?
case closed! that's just the way it is, you may as well just get used to it.
but that's not the whole story.
the problem is, small guys think bigger is aways better and that's simply not the case.
i know. once upon a time i had a perfect dick.
perfect!
7.5" x 6.25" with a beautiful gentle upward curve.
i have to admit i never measured it in those days, that's just the report i got from girls who did.
now, if you've got eight or more inches and want to make the case that bigger is better, i'm not buying it. it might work for bragging rights but you know as well as i do that extra length is nothing but a battering ram and dangerous to work with. even with 7 1/2 i had to be pretty careful some of the time, but that's a problem easily solved since stroke amplitude is infinitely divisible
then, mid 50's, came the ed.
for several years it didn't really matter. i lived alone and didn't so much as kiss a girl for almost six years. then in 2012 i started spending half my time in asia. lots of girls to kiss!
viagra never worked for me but cialis did, i just needed big doses. for the first year 20mg was pretty good and 40mg was a sure thing. but things got worse and by the end of 2015 all i could manage under rare perfect conditions was 6x5.75 and it wouldn't last more than a couple minutes.
here's where things get doubly depressing, and i'm guessing it's a common experience. my assumption was that the size i was losing was simply a function of the lack of chemical stimulation, that if i had better drugs or an appliance i could achieve the same erections i had before the ed. i had NO IDEA that loss was permanent until i saw my urologist to discuss the prosthesis. it felt like he chopped off the end of my dick off while i was sitting there in his office.
so now i'm three months down the road from getting an 18cm infrapubic ams lgx with 5cm rte. i get 6x5 out of it. i lost 3/4" of circumference on the operating table. if i had it to do over again i'd choose a titan and scrotal incision but i'm not going to complain. before the knife i had 0 sexual function and now i have bod (boner-on-demand) it's wonderful!
but sorry, i can't help but make the comparison. that fkr just looks tiny to me. i need to pay a lot of attention to my stroke or that baby will pop out! and in fifty years i never met a girl who wasn't tight, now i feel like i'm throwing a hot dog down a well
keep in mind i'm not looking for sympathy, i'm just saying it was a shock. if you guys who have less than 6" want to slap me i totally get it but here's the point i want to make:
that loss of size was TOTALLY PREVENTABLE. i just didn't know! i did a lot of research into ed and don't remember EVER learning that if you don't USE it, you LOSE it and can't get it back! i don't understand why that point wasn't made crystal clear over and over again in the literature i was reading. if i'd only known i'd have invested in a good vacuum pump five years ago and used it religiously until i could afford a bionic replacement.
sadly i didn't discover this forum it until my urologist made my dick look like a purple potato. now all i can do is evangelize. spread the word!

Re: size redux: my lament
In college, I measured my dick and it was between 5.5 and 6 inches long -- which the Internet told me was average. I shrugged and never thought about it again.
Don't want to lose any, though -- but when the time comes for my implant I am just going to go for it and not wait around.

Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".
Re: size redux: my lament
When I was suffering from untreated ED, I noticed that Willy wasn't as long when I did get erections. I bought the pump and did get him back to his original length. I still have my teen age length with injections. I do also see increased girth.

exactly! so every guy in the early stages of ed needs to be made aware of the need to take active steps to prevent the loss that, absent effort, is otherwise permanent and inevitable!

Re: size redux: my lament
i should also add that even tho size matters, it doesn't matter as much as many guys think it does. it's not that big a deal for most women and even when it is, it's often a simple matter of preference, not a deal maker or breaker. i've had occasion to be appreciated but i've never had a girl choose me or choose to stay with me simply because of my size. in fact, here in asia it can be an impediment. the most beautiful girl i ever met here wouldn't have anything to do with me because if it! i just hope i can find her again now that i've been downsized!
