Glans pain after starting cycling

Guys,

I was fortunate early on to have little pain and no swelling after surgery. However, now that I've started cycling twice a day I'm experiencing pain in the glans where the tips of the cylinders press against it.

I am cycling pretty aggressively by filling the cylinders, waiting a minute and then pumping a few more. I'm doing this to get the maximum stretch.

Particularly on the left side of the glans whether inflated or deflated I can put pressure on it and get a fairly sharp pain.

I know it's normal to have pain for up to 3 months and I'm at 54 days, but did any of you have experience with this and did it go away?

Is it possible you're over doing things? My doctor pumped me up one time... didn't seem to inflated... and said that's what it will look like. Bases on feedback on these boards, i was surprised.

It is possible I'm pushing it. Dr. Kramer does a lot of revisions and 40% of them are to get the cylinders further up in the glans to avoid "floppy glans" syndrome.

He intentionally was aggressive in inserting mine and got them 1/2 way up the glans, where he wanted them. Dr. Knoll likes the location of them in the glans too.

I E-mailed Dr. Kramer and he said that yes some pain is possible due the aggressive placement in the glans. He said that would be natural but he did give me permission to ease up a bit on the inflation for now and to take it more gradually.

I guess I just like seeing the little guy stick on out there as much as possible. I want what length I had to come back within the normal 6 months!!

I don't think your doctor is right. I've never heard of a one pump inflation. That's just crazy. I've learned how to do my inflations better now and I pump 10-15 times. Dr. Knoll said it isn't necessary to squeeze the bulb flat, just give it a normal squeeze. When inflated fully, the pump should be hard as a marble. What I had been doing wrong was while holding the tubes to steady the device, my finger was slightly pressing the deflate button and this was causing it to take many more times to get pumped up. Pumps were easy and the bulb flattened out. Once I got my fingers above the inflate button and just on the tubes, the pumps have been firm and more normal.

But ONE pump. I cannot imagine. Hopefully some other guys will chime in here too.
