Implant Sizing

Guys, I have a question on implant sizing. I saw Dr. Krammer perform the implant surgery on YouTube and you can see him measure using the furlow tool to measure during surgery, while others say their doctor only used the stretch test. I would think the most accurate way to determine the correct implant would be the internal measurements, anyone have any opinion on this or know which is what the surgeons use. I understand the medical implant rep attends most surgeries and has the different size implants with them to insure proper sizing, anyone know if this is an accurate assumption? Have my doctor appointment scheduled and I want to be sure I understand how this is accurately determined as I need all the length I can retain.

All surgeons must make internal measurements. The stretch test is just to give the patient an idea of what length to expect after the procedure. Everybody's anatomy is different and must be measured internally so the doc will know what size cylinders and RTE's, if any, to use. We're not aware of the internal measurements because we're asleep when they are made.

I watched the AMS training video for doctors last night. It showed the implant being measured but there is no push on the measuring tool or pull on it. Penis just lays there and measured. Growers penis is STRETCHED by the pressure of the blood in the cavernosa it seems to me during a natural erection.

How will the implant size be determined?" The measurement is of the INSIDE space of your penis, from proximal crus (pelvic bone) to distal tip (your glans, on the inside). Tissue structures can vary from individual to individual, so outside measurements are largely useless.

If what I surmised from your posts is correct, you may want to watch this video of Dr Kramermeasuring a penis. The measurement is at 1 minute 50 seconds into the video.

In the Kramer videos I've watched, including my own, he rams that tool in and out a couple times pushing it to its limit. I would assume that measures maximum length.
