Does sex feel fake with implant?

Does it feel artificial to the girl?
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

Definitely not. My wife says that it feels better because it's much harder and, as a result, "smoother."

My wife says that it feels completely natural. (In fact, it's even harder than before my prostatectomy in 2000 because I was having cardiac issues that led to a heart attack in 2001.)

The first page of responses suggested the post is not genuine, but later posts disprove that contention. Since the O.P is a young woman and most of the skeptics are of an older generation, I attribute the doubt as being due to generational differences in attitudes towards sex.

The essential answer is "No" and resoundingly so. This is also borne out by comments in other threads by men reporting what their wives/partners/girlfriends have said.

Also remember that, for most women, the feeling is not affected by the penis as much as by the person to whom it is part.

Doesn't feel different to me.
62 years old. ED for years. High BP and meds have done me in. AMS 700 CX /3.0 cm RTE Implanted by Andrew Kramer on 10/12/16. Involved revision to relocate tubes and pump performed 12/29/16 by Dr. Knoll of Nashville, TN.

Hard,hard,and more harddd,Like being 18 again hard part is finding someones female parts that work well enough to enjoy it with. :lol:
Implanted 01/2016,AMS Cx at 56 had Ed for years ,On the pills (18yr) and injection (5yrs) married 37 years .Hope to use this inplant for years to come.

Not normally, but I've had several implants and a couple of them didn't feel natural to either me or my wife. This was the product of a poorly executed install.

When correctly installed it feels as natural as a normal functioning, non-implanted penis to the wife.
