The surgery "feels" successful... the reservoir was placed on the opposite side (right abdomin) feels high no issue a tiny bit sore... 2!(expected!) My Dr., Dr. Gomez by the way, also buried one bit of tubing that was showing minimally. Also he pulled my pump down as well. Doc went back in the original incision for all the work so that's sore... 4.5 (getting in and out of bed and car) (expected.) He said I could go to work today but I took it off, (i would have been walking around like the bow leg cowboy !!!) My revision was pushed back 2 hours by his first procedure! I just want to lay in bed and ICE (all day) then I'll be ready for work tomorrow!!! My activation is still set for 12/22/2016!!!!

Good for you Strickk. I hope my revision goes as well. It should, but in this imperfect world, you never know.

Sounds like despite a revision and moving of a pump (a small, 1% of the whole picture issue), Kramer is still the master craftsman everyone says he is- putting up 6 or more surgeries per week online. I still after watching his videos and his hands in the videos, find him to be the most talented and most skilled of anyone I've seen in any field of surgery (I'm a vascular surgeon). So yes, pretty impressive.

My Dr didn't move the pump he moved the reservoir... the fact that you determined it to be a "small" issue is your opinion. My Implant Journal has not once asked for a Dr. recommendation so why you would comment on it with ZERO support or encouragement puzzles me. when I look at all your post they go on and on about Kramer if your happy with your doc good congrats but don't be disingenuous. Don't try to turn MY story into a Unsolicited commercial for your Dr!

Glad you are doing this well this early Stricck. Reads like he did a lot of work but all for the better as they sound like important things that are issues for many. Don't over do it buddy. You still have to heal.Heal well. Cheers.

Oh yeah the bill came in today!!!! My out of pocket $2300. I can live with that!!! the day of surgery the hospital presented me with a bill for $4600. And said if I paid in full they would knock off 20%!!!! I told no thanks we'll see what my insurance covers!!! But yeah that was good

Dec. 22nd was my original inflate date, however on my visit my Doc says oh no because of the revision to adjust the reservoir I will have to wait until Jan. 6th to get activated I tell him I had plans for using it New Years Eve... he says well, if I want I can try it out!!! only problem I can't squeeze the pump its not rock hard just hard, when my doc was inflating and deflating checking the reservoir before my revision it seemed like he was doing it so effortlessly... I'll keep trying and in the morning I guess I'll take a bath and try it there. I have a clear understanding of where the deflate button is so I'll keep at it!
