I am not wanting to rain on anyone's "parade", but how many women would tell their man, after he went through all the angst, pain and expense of surgery, that it was not perfect?

But even with that grain of salt, I have seen enough testimonials, particularly two threads I linked to in an earlier post in this topic, that I believe the women are, by and large better satisfied after their man receives an implant than before.

Whether it is the same as before E.D. or better than before E.d. is open to question (though I believe it VERY likely is better, if for no other reason than it lasting longer).

But here is the crux of the matter: I firmly believe that a woman bedded by a man confident in himself (and if an implant helps in that regard, so be it) and is considerate and attentive to his woman, she will be happier than with the same man with less self-assurance.

A self-assured man tends to be more patient, relaxed and able to attend to his partner, and that makes a GREAT deal of difference to her.

What kind of relationship would it be if your wife was not honest with you? I do know one here who said his wife did not say for years not to hurt his feelings but when you have doubts your partner should be honest so you can pick a course to alleviate the mess. ED is progressive. At some point the wife has to acknowledge the issue or it will create more issues. Either you put out the fire promptly or you burn off the entire valley. My wife hated the wait to vacuum pump, the ending soon when the constriction rings got to painful, the wait for injections to work or not. Hard to fly a plane with no fuel in the tank.
