Trying to post old photos showing progress as almost all the photos were lost during upgrade of site. These photos are of the surgery area and what you can expect. The discoloration is from the procedure and swelling is present in the top. More photos will be posted and hope these will help all who are going to be taking this step. I am sorry I can't place as before but nothing I can do.

AS I can add only three photos at a time this may take a while and some photos areon a different computer across the state. These show the penis in various states during the healing and the appearance you may encounter. Right after surgery it was surprising how small it looked and now I understand it was due to the swelling.

The top photo also shows a scar on the head of the penis but not sure how during surgery. The dark color is the bruising that takes place. The lower photo shows up close the swelling in the shaft.

I did learn that the someone shaves you and I can tell all they are not the best. I can and do shave myself far better then the nurse of doctor

The scrotum is the last area to fully heal which makes sense as this is the area worked with the most. Ask your doctor to provide a video of your surgery or if they don't , see if you can get a nurse to video for you. I was lucky with Dr. Kramer as he does and I have a copy and it is on YouTube for others to view.


The photos above show the temp. stitches are dissolving and during this process something I can't pronounce or spell takes place that looks like an infection. I sent a photo to Dr. Kramer and he provided the answer as to what I was looking at in minutes which put my mind at ease. I will find some that show the yellow I am speaking about and post later.

I have attempted to replace all the photos that were lost during the update. Not sure they are in order but I did my best. I got a message about adding a new photo from on of the guys and will in the next few days. I will attempt to inflate beyond what is normal as I have not been inflating as much as I should have due to a skin inflammation on the penis head/ridge. The doctors said it was due to it being rubbed by my underwear. I think this is due to my penis being in a different position (3 o'clock) in the flaccid state. She had me use a mix of ointments for 10 days and it was gone.

I wrote about some of this here under "color change" and the rubbing along with a minor skin infection stopped the twice a day inflating. Have started back and can slowly feel the burning again as I push to regain size.

Many guys here look for help in selecting a doctor and below is one reason I choose Dr. Kramer. About 6 weeks ago I have a color change which I posted here under a different heading. It was saturday and I email dr. kramer a photo and had a script back for meds. in less then 20 minutes. I then saw my local doctor and she added one more week of pills. The discoloration disappeared but still had some inflammation on the head. Saw a dermalogists and she said that was from clothes rubbing. An ointment cleared it up and change clothes I was wearing.

Sometime after the holidays I will provide an update photos as I have been able to speak with another gentlemen who has problems due to surgery for cancer. In speaking with him he mentioned two other guys in this area with the same problem. Have been thinking about trying to reach out to others with ED due to cancer and see if maybe a group could get together to discuss implants.

As we all know, guys just don't want to discuss ED and some of us make excuses. Maybe reaching out would offer some help. Anyone has any suggestions it would help.

I have provided links to Dr. Kramer videos, my Youtube so they can see after surgery photos I placed and everything I can think of. I am tying to have anyone everyone who writes me read and view as much as they can. They have jumped into it and having surgery in January if pre-ops go ok. Just found out yesterday and they could not be more excited after some many years.

I tell everyone about FRANKTALK as it is the best for all seeking info and can reach out to others who have this problem.

You have posted many photos, for which I thank you. Many of them, however, are not captioned so we can see just what they show.

Is this a Coloplast Titan, and could you please give us a comparative flaccid and a fully pumped photos?

I just made my first appointment for Jan. 4 with Dr. Scott Caesar in Cape Coral, FL,and I am soaking up information like a sponge right now.

Before this site did an up date and all had info with them. The update killed the photos and I can not remember everything I had written. I have an AMS/LGX with 10up and 10down as the doctor told me. Colplast are usually used for someone with a larger penis then I have. If you are 6.5" or more there is a chance you will get the Titan. Dr. Kramer has a video on Youtube comparing the two and differences. The titan is a what is have placed is it. From my understanding it does not expand as much as the LGX.

Go to Youtube and type in Dr. Kramer Implants as he has over 100 posted. My surgery was March 2nd and you can find it that way. Let me know if I can answer anything else.
