LOL! Merrix! Thank you for the paper. One of your posts lead me to find a Portuguese researcher that authored an article published on an international journal. Not related, but I had the idea of contacting her to tell her a bit of my story and see what's her opinion on reporting or investigating the situation of badly mismanaged penile fractures in Portugal.

Who knows what might come out of that.

Just under 5.25" erect?? Seems a tad short. Where do they measure from...the base and over the top?

Question I am 3 months post surgery, everything is going fine both wife and I like. However I have noticed my penis is not as round as it used to be pre surgery seems a little flat, girth is good, and length was reduced about 1 inch. Anyone else seen this?

I am not surprised that the penis isn't as round, but that probably isn't a big deal. Those cylinders are on the sides and that probably contributes to the shape.

Losing an inch isn't fun. Many guys don't get their full length until 6 months to a year. What model implant did you get? AMS LGX is the only model that claims to expand in both girth and length.
