Anybody else having trouble loggin in to chat?

For the past two days I have been unable to log in to chat - when I enter my credentials I get an "Unknown error" message, and the user counter on the chat login page says 0/50. Another user reported the same thing a day or two ago. Paul advised me to update my Flash player, which I did, and also suggested that the problem might be with my ISP (Verizon), which I doubt. I've tried Chrome, IE 11, Firefox, Edge and Bing, all with the same result. Does anybody else have this problem?

I have not been able to get into Chat since joining recently. I was getting "username does not exist" and now am getting the "unknown error" as you are. I've reported it to Paul and still not able to get in and I am sure that I am using the proper credentials.

I'm having same problem. I get unknown error message when I try to log in. Perhaps better question is anyone able to log on chat.

I'm having the same problem to I miss my chat buddy's:)hopefully it will get fixed soon I have chat withdrawal lol

I have asked the web guys for help with this. It works fine for me. So, not sure what is going on.

Yes, same problem here. I tried logging in last night but was unable to.
I figured there some type of maintenance going on with the site. Therefore,
Didn't think much about it.

Then just tried logging on a few minutes ago and still cannot log in : (

I sure do miss chatting with my compadres
