I would only suggest being immobile as possible for the first three or 4 days if possible, I was moving around to much day two and it cost me!!! Next ice ice and more ice!!!! And then a little more ice!!! The pain meds I pretty much used Tylenol as needed! When the swelling if there is any subsidies start gently pulling the pump down to position it low in the sac!!!

Best Of Luck!!!!

Donnie, do you have sex every day, maybe several times a day? I mean you have to catch up for sex and we know how dearly you love your dick :D  Just kidding, you don't have to tell us your secrets ;) I guess all of us are enjoying your comments.

I'm about 4 weeks post op and have a hard time (lol) keeping it pointed up. I'm not too long and when I sit and then stand up its not pointed up any more. I am partially inflated and the head gets very sore from rubbing against clothing. A few more weeks until I see the doc again and I will be more comfortable when I can let it down. I do wear a jock sometimes with a small towel rolled up under the shaft and that helps for a little while. How do ya'll keep it pointed up? Don't say tape!

I was down for a week and all I did was basically rest. I was able to drive in a week and went back to work after the 2nd week. There was very little pain, mostly discomfort, but nothing a couple of Advils could not relieve.

Tall Texan, For me the answer was tight underwear, at least 1 size smaller than my normal size plus I experimented with different types and fabrics.

Tall Texan,
try a small sock. This protects the tip but may rub/stimulate the shaft.
I also cut a slit in one of my briefs, The briefs supports the balls and the shaft hangs free.
If you are not too self conscious, try a light mini skirt at home (would never dare outside). You hardly feel it but everything still points straight out. I can provide a link to AU target if you like so you can find equivalent.
Using briefs to hold it upright may have been a problem for me bending the glans further than the shaft allows and stretching this so the implant tips are further back (corona level) though with inflation they intrude a bit more into the glans but not optimally. Still works great for what I call its secondary function.
Now I bend it left against me (8 weeks) with briefs. reasonably comfortable. still not as flaccid as I'd like.
HTH and YMMV

Mark,
Titans are thicker material than AMS. :) My flaccid looks normal just a lot bigger! 8-) You will always feel the implant. My dick is always erect at a urinal, not a problem! :o You'll get used to your new 'robo dick'. Just give it time!
