Sam,
A Titan is a lot thicker than an AMS. It is said that the AMS has a more natural flaccid and feel than a Titan I wouldn't know I've never felt or seen a Titan implant. Nevertheless  My doctor didn't say anything about how to wear my semi erect dick after my surgery so I just got used to putting it in whatever position I could tolerate. Fortunately
I didn't go to work for about two and a half weeks after my surgery because I was on sick leave for rotator cuff repair surgery. I work at Disney so my costume covered up my stiffy for the most part. I'm glad the doctor left me about 60% inflated because activation was so easy and painless. Even :) if it was maddening at times. I even tried intercourse with my stiffy but it wasn't stiff enough. It is now, whenever I need it to be. You will love your new dick! 8-)

Thanks Donnie, I tried to wear pants today and it was maddening. I tried to press the shaft downward to conceal, terrible pain, tried to point upward, same pain, it's natural point is straight into the pant seam and it isn't comfortable and you can see I'm happy to see you. Cant wait to do the deflate and learn to wear this new piece and learn to harness the package. I've always been a grower, not a shower, that is no longer the case, ha!!!

Day 6: still very sore, sleep ok last night. I've had 2 back surgeries, so laying flat on my back cause stiffness each morning, the hot shower seems to loosen up everything and now I'm on the couch with ice packs. Swelling has started to really reduce, so excited to start getting over the down time and start feeling better soon. I have to call my doctors office today and setup an appointment, he told me before surgery he typically activates the implant 7 days after surgery. All I can say, if he grabs anything down there this week I will note the time for future references. I'm sure wherever you are in the Continental United States you will hear the scream, I'm so sore it hurts to even look at it right now, ouch!!!!
Have a great day all.

Dude,
Dr's are so different. :( I was activated 3 weeks after surgery. 7 days after, I still wouldn't mess with my junk (still swollen and bruised) :o and I wasn't
about to let anyone else (not yet) ;) Hope all goes well. Take a pain killer, maybe 2!

How long did you guys use ice packs after surgery? Also did anybody try alternating ice with a heating pad? I still have a little swelling and real sore, occasionally I have a shooting pain, I'm guessing this is the nerve endings that are awakened. I can't wait to get over the healing process and get back to some since of normalcy.

As I remember my Dr. left me about 30-35% erect and I was not fully activated until the 6 week point. I wore it more or less straight up. The only pain I had was when I tried to inflate the bulb was very hard in the beginning and every once in awhile my finger and thumb would slip off the bulb and go slamming into the other two ocupants. :o To say that hurt would be an understatement.

I still have days when I shoot the pump into it's neighbor. Tether to the rt ball limits its travel but days it happens it seems to happen 4-5 times in the same cycling. Other times I will go 3 weeks and it never happens. The good thing is ball one and two seen to get used to block three going whap and it does not hurt like it did early on!

I prefer holding the base connectors with my left hand and pumping with my right. Rarely slips.

Day 7: I slept well last night, got up a few time to pee which still burns when urinating. Today I plan to try on a few clothing options for my doctor appointment this Thursday to remove sutures and then supposedly activate. Even a pair of brief underwear are uncomfortable, so I'm going to try real loose shorts, could wear sweatpants but it going to be 78 degrees here in New Orleans, I think I will already be sweating the apointment in anticipation of him touching my very sore package. I read on Donnie''s post how he took a towel so he could unleash the beast on the ride and just throw a towel over in order to hide the villion in traffic. I will take a towel as I have an hour ride, that's if there's no major traffic problems and know the pressure of the clothing is going to be rough, no matter how loose. The Doctors office didn't give instructions, but I plan to take medication on the way there and also have available for the ride home. Wish me luck fellows, excited but a little fearful of the pain, as they say, no pain, no gain....
