XO, well tomorrow is both our day to activate. I'm still sore on the left side, I assume from the tubing and pump. Most of the swelling is down so I assume tomorrow he pops the seal. Tomorrow we will then both have a better idea how our surgeons did. Man, at work today the tips being pushed down by my underwear and pants was maddening. I don't know if I'm more excited to deflate or inflate, just kidding, can't wait to see the bionic work. The good Rev. Donnie Has sung it's praises the last 86 days, 9 hours and 43 seconds but who's counting, ha!!! I hope to be humming this time tomorrow night too. All jokes aside best of luck tomorrow, and if you here a scream around 9:45 in the morning it could be me, I'm a real girly man when it comes to pain, ha!!!!

Day 14: went in today to activate, doctor pumped it up and I was very pleased with the sizing, and then he proceeded to deflate and struggled to complete because of the swelling and me squirming like a school girl. In all seriousness, it was painful as hell when he tried to deflate, he finally accomplished and said with all the swelling he wanted me to wait another 7-10 days before I start cycling. I hate for the wait, but honestly, it is been so sore since he did this at 9:45 this morning that I don't think I could cycle if I wanted. He was very happy with everything else and said to continue baths and email him should I feel we can activate sooner, or if I notice dramatic reduction in the swelling by the pump. My original length was 6" - 6.25" according how well the viagra was working. He said he thinks I should be 6.1" based on his calculations, if that is accurate I'm very pleased with that. I so look forward to having an active sex life and not having to worry about failure because of ED. After this morning I'm not so concerned about the pumping up, just the deflation.
Anyway, this sums up thevday in my bionic journey.

Dudes,
Definitely give it another week to heal. I started cycling at 24 days and there was absolutely no pain. Intercourse 2 weeks later.. 8-) 8-) 8-)
'Hang' in there and welcome bionic brothers,

XO, great news, very happy all went well. Did you hear me scream this morning?
I was surprised I had little pain inflating, but deflating was a booger. Anyway, the extra time with give us both time to heal and pump away on our keychains. I had mine out tonight, 1st pump I heard our garage door open, I say holy sh!t, but it's no magic keychain, the wife just came home.

I got my keychain before surgery.
They all seem to differ in their processes.

Day 15: Guys with the Titan OTR, can you tell me how long before you were able to wear your regular clothes without pain from the pressure on your unit? I've tried several underwear and several different positions and none seem to work. I have pain in the head where it is forced downward because of the constriction of my clothes. Don't laugh, my wife picked up some infant socks, very comfortable on the shaft. I plan to set around with nothing but my robe and sock on the unit all weekend. I assume in a few weeks, all the swelling with be gone, I can deflate and this will no longer be an issue. This week has been brutal, if I set long, or getting in and out of my car it really hurts. I get a little flustered, but then a I think of guys that have such great reports a few months after surgery. Any tips from my bionic brothers would be appreciated, I will be traveling all next week in my car and hope I have a solution as this could give drivers rage a whole new meaning.

Sam I Am,

I don't have the Titan but the most comfortable for me was a pair of boxer briefs, jock on top of that, and lay your dick straight up against your abdomen. It was very comfortable for me until I could allow things to hang normally.

Good luck.

I wore briefs to work after I was activated 4.5 at weeks. Then I could deflate fully and bend it sideways. It was still not great but ok for the 9 hours. I liked the snugness on the scrotum but not with the shaft pressing against me.
I always took them off when I got home for a bit of air and rest.
Much better now at 10 weeks.
I also figured out my Touch's deflation latch. Press very firmly with pointy fingers/thumb, not the flats which is what I was doing before. It goes down so fast when I do that.
I also still have partial reinflation but that doesnt seem to be the implant rather the natural juices filling the spaces the implant as vacated. reinflate and you are good to go for another few hours. hard to do at work though as lying down is the best way to deflate properly.
The difference between the Touch and the OTR is that the Touch is a smaller pump, otherwise they operate the same way (this info is from coloplast).
