I wieverything definitely let you guys know how it's going.I meet with Dr Kramer on the 17th surgery 18th,then leave for home on the 20th.That is if everything goes okay.

I had my implant done by Dr. Andrew Kramer on January 4 2017 . This guy is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone having E.D. .
I started looking for a Dr. More than a year ago and found Dr. Kramer through YouTube and went to his website to see the surgeries he has done. I'm so thankful I found him and I traveled from Florida to have my surgery, which is definitely worth finding the best of the best. After the surgery I needed no pain Meds , very little swelling and only the bruises and stitches showed I had the procedure done. The worst of it was razor burn from being shaved.
I talked to Dr. Kramer Tuesday January 25 and activated my implant with no problems.
3 weeks and I am so impressed, a super erection, more length and girth than I expected.
For anyone looking into implants, make sure to put this guy on the top of the list. He is definitely a master of this procedure

I had my surgery on Jan 18th.You are definitely correct Dr Kramer is the best .I'm in day 9 post op and haven't taken a pain pill since day 2.I did have some swelling and bruising (not to bad)
Did Dr Kramer talk you through your inflation over the phone? ? I'm not sure what to do it's only a 4.5 hour drive for me.
Anyway thanks for your concern.

Have you figured out what side the pump and reservoir are on? I still kind of sore so don't want to explore to much.

Dr. Kramer does such perfect work you can basically just worry about how the device works- it's nice with him not to worry about any detail going wrong, he's just that good. He did mine by phone as far as learning to activate, I used a company rep from my hometown to learn it. It all worked out.

I agree 100% as to the skill of Dr. Kramer...minimal pain/discomfort, lost absolutely no length (same size as stretched out in his office...like I used to get w/ a big Viagra-induced hard-on), gained a significant amount of girth. A true artist/surgeon with "old school" caring bedside manner. He also has an excellent relationship w/ AMS & its field staff. When I had a problem w/ deflation, I contacted Dr. Kramer via e-mail...got back to me within 10 minutes. He got on the phone and within a couple of hours, I had no less than three AMS reps contact me. My local AMS rep came out to my office this week and immediately showed me what I was doing wrong in less than ten minutes...perfect deflation/excellent flaccidity.

Rob my reservoir is on the left side, my pump is in the center low in the scrotum.(The way everbody talks its in perfect position) .Dr Kramer told me he changed the way he installed the pump and that it will stay right where it's supposed to.I have been feeling around I did find the relief valve, although I didn't push on anything yet.Im also a little sore lol.
