What's the most you can have your dick inflated per day?

I am going to have an implant by Dr. Kramer in the next couple of months.

How often can you have it inflated?

Is it limited by a certain amount of hours per day, or a certain number of inflations/deflations per day?

As much as you want for as long as you want.. I used to inflate mine every night and sleep with it hard. Only stopped because of arthritis in my right thumb. Pump only with my left hand now. Probably pump up 4 or 5 times a week. Go for it!

I suspect the O.P. is asking because he is concerned about ill effects of prolonged erections. It is well known thatn extended erections from V.E.D and constriction rings is risky. Extended erections from oral medications is risky. It is not unexpected to have concern for damage from sustained erections from an implant.

Is there any?

Documentation in the medical literature? Personal (anecdotal) experience? (like LMCatman's, -thanks- but with more detail, such as how long you did that, did your Doctor give advice pro or con, etc? )

My doc told me of the danger of erosion if left up too long (i.e. 24h).
He told me of examples of mentally retarded forgetting to deflate and the tips eventually poking through the head of the penis.
so YMMV and be careful if you do.

I think we're all laymen guessing here. But I surely think there are risks with inflating too often/too long. If your implant is aggressively sized (which is a requirement for good results), then every inflation near max level means the cylinders are pushing (hard) against the inside of your glans.
I would never ever pump it full and leave it over night. Maybe that's a risk, maybe it's not. But I think common sense says it can't be good putting that pressure on the inside of the glans for 8 hours. Especially not if done frequently.

I know erosion was a big problem with old semi-rigid implants. Simply because they were constantly pushing against the tip. A deflatable implant was a huge improvement in this area. Use that improvement.

And finally, if there may be a risk, or maybe there isn't, but why would anyone want to spend 8-10 hours inflated? That sounds very weird to me.

Keep in mind that the more often you inflate it the sooner it will wear out or malfunction.
Like all things mechanical or hydraulic they don't last forever.
I see no need to inflate it unless you intend to use it for sexual gratification.
