To minimize the downside risk of a poor outcome, be sure to select a highly experienced surgeon with a verifiable track record. Nothing you can do to ensure a positive result is more important than this.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
