New Kramer Graduate

Postby Pine85 » Thu Feb 02, 2017 2:14 pm

Hello all.

This is my first post on franktalk after reading and gaining knowledge for over a year I finally decided to post.

I am a 31 year old who was implanted by Dr. Kramer on January 25, 2017. I have had issues with venous leakage since my teens, and I had been taking caverject injections for the last 6 years.

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone on this forum. After searching and reading what seemed like every single post, I had the knowledge and confidence to take the plunge into the "Bionic Brotherhood." I also have to thank Dr. Kramer. It has only been 8 days since my operation, but things are progressing nicely despite a somewhat difficult surgery. I had a moderate amount of corporal fibrosis from years of injections which made dilation challenging.

Congratulations. Wishing you forever the best. Cheers.

Thanks alibaba! I appreciate the support. I'm nervously counting down the days to activation.

Did you lose any length?

I'm going to Kramer on 2/22.
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

Hey Richard,

I haven't activated yet and still have a significant amount of swelling, so I don't want to speculate on what my final length will be. I can say that the tips of the implant sit perfectly in the glands.
My implant was somewhat challenging due to a moderate amount of fibrosis. It is evident through my video that Dr. Kramer was up to the challenge.
You can take a look at my video on Dr. Kramer's website. It's titled "From Little Rock- *Corporal Fibrosis Definitive Technique*"

Saw your surgery and my goodness the work Dr. Kramer did. I only had the lower left was a problem and had bruising from my surgery but watching your made me appreciate just how good Dr. Kramer is and how luck we were to select him. Good luck with everything and take your time healing and be patient to have all internal swelling gone before trying ti inflate. If you can go back to Dr. Kramer for first inflate, I suggest as I did and learned I was still swollen inside. If I had tried at home, pain and problems were going to happen.

Good luck
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Thanks Joe.

You said it dirtman. I woke up from surgery with some pretty significant pain. Dr. Kramer told me I had some fibrosis, but the surgery wasn't too difficult.
It wasn't until I watched my surgery the next day that I really appreciated what he did for me on the operating table. I'm so thankful I had Kramer performing my surgery.
Thanks for the advice dirtman. I will try to get back to Kramer for activation, or be very patient in waiting until I am ready.

I returned to Baltimore for my activation 4 weeks after Dr. Kramer performed my surgery. I was very tender in my scrotum & Dr. Kramer believed I was still in the healing process. Dr. Kramer showed me the basics & worked with me for about 30 minutes (it was his surgery day), then pulled his AMS rep James Hayden out of the operating room to work with me for the next hour...still had deflation issues for a couple of weeks, but Dr. Kramer/James Hayden worked with me via e-mail, then they had my local AMS rep Kyle come out to visit me at my office for further instruction...I'm now deflating to limp/pre-implant flaccidity/inflating-to-rock-hardness like a champ...IMHO, Dr. Kramer is clearly the "gold standard" both in surgical technique & in his TCB of any patient problems/issues in dealing with the implant after the procedure. It was good to return if only for the reason to let the surgeon who performed the procedure check out the incision/healing etc. Btw: Baltimore is an extremely cool town...had a great time using Uber to drive me around after my activation appointment...make sure you go to Fell's Point 'hood on the harbor for lunch & while there, check out one of the best indie record stores on the planet the Sound Garden...http://www.cdjoint.com/index.cfm
