Pain after sex?

Does anyone else have pain after sex? My dick will still be somewhat hard sometimes enough for a second round with no orgasm for me, at least not yet anyway. The problem is after we are done then for about the next hour or so it is painful.

Yup, that's pretty normal. You didn't say what you were injecting but all injectables include Alprostadil in varying strengths and that is the culprit. Some are just straight Alprostadil. Try reducing the dose to the smallest you can that still works for you. Also talk to the doc to see if you can get a revised forumula. I found Trimix less painful than straight Alprostadil. For some reason laying on my side seemed to help reduce the ache. Standing made it much worse. Anyway, I have an implant now so no more injections. A big relief. Good luck with it.

some good advice. The smallest dosage possible that gets the job done is what you should shoot for. I got used to the pain (I would probably call it discomfort in my case) and eventually I did not notice it anymore. So that is something to think about. Some guys, me included, enjoy being able to stay hard for a second round. But if the pain is causing you a problem you should definitely speak to your doctor.

I am a new user of Tri-mix script is Prost 8.3mcg/ml- Phen 0.83mg/ml-Pap 22.5mg/ml
I am injecting .25ml How could this be changed ? Is the Prost responsible for my erection firmness?
Also is it normal for size of my erection to be quite a bit smaller than before surgery?

Try reducing your dose to .20 ml. Even a small decrease can make a difference. You are aiming for a one hour long erection. Your doctor can adjust your dosage by changing the ratio of the three ingredients, for example reducing the prostaglandin (alprostadil) and making changes to the other two. They usually start with a formula that seems to work for most people, but because the pharmacy makes the mixture themselves, it is easy for them to make adjustments to allow for individual differences.

Prostaglandin is a key ingredient in creating the erection and can make a good hard erection by itself, but all three contribute and allow for less pros in the mix and therefore less pain/discomfort.

Yes, it is likely you will have a shorter erection after RP surgery. Many men have noticed this. Radiation treatment (what I had) and years of ED can also reduce penis length.

Have you ruled out using Bimix instead of Trimix. No pain with Bimix.
