Dude, you didn't damage anything. When I pumped up for the first time it hurt like a bitch afterwards. Now it's all good. I don't have any pain and I'm a few months out. Dr. Kramer was my doctor also.

Did up go back to Kramer for your first inflation.

No. I went to a local urologist that Dr. Kramer recommended. When he inflated it and then deflated it felt fine but by the time I left his office my dick was on fire. It slowly went away that day and was still a little sore the next day. Our bodies all react differently but I seriously doubt you did any damage.

Well it's day 21.
I don't know if I screwed up or not.I had know pain at all, and then I had to piss around while I was in the bath.I squeezed on the pump and it popped I didn't expect that to happen so easy.I had tried it before and couldn't budge it . Anyway three pumps and my dick was hard as rock.The problem is I couldn't get it to deflate until today (finally).Now my shaft hurts so bad I can't stand it, this is the first time my shaft hurt through my hole recovery.
Has anyone else had this problem after first inflate.


Now I'm worried that I damaged something or caused an infection by inflating to early, I was not supposed to be inflated until next week by Kramer.
I'll see him on the 15th.

...check in with Dr. Kramer via e-mail and ask him...doubt if it's a problem as you're three weeks out. As for the pain...I guess the cylinders are expanding into new territory...had a similar experience & couldn't figure out the proper deflation method for a couple of weeks! Nothing sweeter than hearing that buzzing when you're in correct deflate mode...and, of course, that "pop" when you're inflating...

I still can't get it completely deflated.Although the pain has let up a little.

Trust me Rick, I doubt that you screwed up. It took me a while to get mine to deflate completely. Most of us here had trouble initially learning how to deflate all the way. And it doesn't matter which brand, AMS or Titan. It takes some time to break it in. Hang in there. It gets easier.

I agree with stiff upper lip. The valve in these things is basically a gummy bear hydraulic valve. My experience is they are like our first time of sex. They have to rehearse a few times and then practice more till things click smooth.

There is no set time to activate and start using your 'bionic marvel' I was activated at 21 days post opp. When you can handle your 'junk' and find and your pump and deflate, your ready. If there's pain and discomfort, wait a few more days and try again . When you start 'cycling', pump it up some everyday. Keep pumping and stretching out that dick! Soon you'll be humping like a pro with a dick that will never 'limp out' on you.

I drive five hours to see Kramer next Wednesday (surgery day) so he probably won't spend much time with me.Idon't know if it's worth the drive.
I wish I never had this implant.

It's worth it. Dr. Kramer will spend time w/ you re: activation & will be able to answer your questions as to pain etc. I was still having problems getting the hang of working everything & he pulled in his AMS rep who worked with me for another hour. Had problems at home w/ deflation for about two weeks...had the same discomfort you're experiencing until Dr. Kramer arranged for my local AMS rep to come visit me and FINALLY get me dialed in as to total/flaccid deflation...wasn't hitting the deflation button squarely. Hang in there...you're gonna love it!
