I pumped up Mr. Happy this morning and had him so damn hard a cat couldn't scratch it. But after 20 minutes it hurt, burned so bad that I had to deflate. I hope this isn't the norm as I plan to hang longer than 20 minutes having sex? I would prefer my wife be the one waving the white flag of submission, not me, ha!!!!

I'm a witness it gets better, I am intentionally pushing it not to the point of pain but we have to inflate to the max!!! I remember when I couldn't get pass just 10-11 without burn now im up to 25-30!!! I pump to 15 while shaving... before I get in the shower I give it 5 more pumps , then before I get out 5 more! Now it's discomfort involved but not excruciating pain. I Leave it pumped till I can't take it any longer probably 10 min then deflate.
But it is definitely getting better!!! Hang in there And Keep Pumpimg

All: 5 weeks out and very disappointed, I think doctor went way to conservative on sizing and this has resulted in a floppy head and lost size. My wife is shocked, as she was in meetings with me and the doctor. I asked all the right questions from research I conducted here and other sites. I even called a Coloplast as they had my doctor listed as a Center of Excellence and they said doctors with this designation had significant experience, this one over 3500 implants. I have no kinks when deflated, and when fully inflated, the shaft isn't tight, lose skin, and the head is dropped down. Also feels like he didn't set the tips deep enough, I assume he couldn't because the cylinders were to short. I even asked that the Coloplast Rep be there so I knew he had a access to the correct size cylinders. I expressed my fear of floppy head and also asked that he be aggressive in sizing and he assured me he would do a great job.
What do I do now, out $24,000, a shit result and don't know where to turn. Not even going to consider doctor that did this do a revision. Do I take a risk with Kramer, I've even read post were guys didn't get perfect results from him, and I think he is one of the best. And all the cost is out of my pocket. What would you do? I have an appointment scheduled with the doctor that performed the surgery this upcoming Friday, and think I will cancel. I mean what can he do or say at this point. I read a lot of men on here bragging about there results, well guys, it ain't that way for all of us.

I'm really sorry to hear that. I'd still talk to Dr. Kramer. I haven't seen anyone on this board say that he undersized them or they had a floppy head with him. The only issues that I'm seen with Kramer were pump placement.

I agree with Stiffupperlip about Dr Kramer, My 1st implant in Oct 2015 done by a well respected Dr in Houston TX was never right , floppy head and some nagging pain, and the Dr kept telling me that everything was perfect. I had a revision done by Dr Kramer 12/2016 and the replacement implant is 2" longer than the implant that he took out of me. Check with Dr Kramer and if he feels that he can help you , he will tell you.

Thanks guys, I sent Doctor Andrew Kramer an email. I haven't heard back, bad thing is all the cost is out of pocket, my insurance will not cover implants.
I'm just a regular working stiff, not a rich man and I'm so afraid to go in to my retirement fund for a revision and end up with less than acceptable results. I'm sorry guys, I've saw enough IPP surgery on YouTube that I think I could at least make sure the tips were placed correctly. Maybe I would have missed the cylinder sizes but can't conceive someone who has done over 3500 implants being so conservative and causing floppy head after I discussed my concerns upfront. I knew some guys got less than the desired results, but right now I would be dancing if a high pump placement was the worse outcome. I will post when I hear from Kramer, hopefully he feels he can fix this blotched IPP and I can afford the revision.

See my post titled to RichardtheFrog. It might help you get the implant covered. Also see my other post to him this same date on another thread for more help to get the insurance to cover you. I battled the insurance and won. Took 4 years to figure out how. Kramer will help you. I got on the schedule on the eighth. I have had anywhere from 1-3 emails and phone calls from Dr. Kramer or his staff ever single day (including Sunday night) checking in working to make sure we get this done and everything right. Everyone has been exceedingly nice; not the typical arrogant prick bitchy urologists.

Thanks Alibaba, I will read this he post. I fought with Cigna over a year. They have a exclusion in my policy that states they will not cover anything related to sexual function and states penile implants are not covered. Not sure what Kramer cost would be after flight, hotel and the hospital fees, as I said, I just cut a check for around 24/K on January 5th. As my wife said, what If I pay for a revision and have the same results, out 50/K and no better than before I started this journey. Guys, I hope more will write of the bad results, I only read a few post that the guys were dissatisfied, usually pump placement. The reason I wanted to tell my results were so those contemplating the surgery know both sides. Not all doctors are equal, and a 1-1/2" - 2" shorter tool with a floppy head is something no man desires. I think many of the doctors think if you can now have sex, no matter how crap results of surgery was, it was a success, that is BS my friends.

I agree it is B.S.
They would not accept a new Mercedes without windows but still drove in the rain or bugs.

I can say this. Watch my video in 2 weeks. You can read my threads. Day 365 or some such has pictures. Taken a couple weeks ago.
I must say, Kramer and his staff have impressed me. 100% opposite of Levine, Washington University School of Medicine's many urologists, 2 at Cape Urology, and Milam at Vanderbilt. All those were crappy experiences. I have had 1-3 emails and/or phone conversations with Dr. Kramer and/or his staff every day since scheduling the 8th. Within 3 days there was a surgical plan and I am happy with it. Over the top polite and responsive. It takes 2 to get the job done. A good doctor and your dick. If they don't give a damn about your dick you already lost. It seems this man cares about my dick. I think he is even going to wear gloves when he handles it!
