After surgery I took 3 x 6000 mg a day. After app. two weeks I went down to 3 x 5000 mg - after another two weeks to 3 x 4000 mg etc. At 3 x 2000 a day I stayed for a long time, in fact I still take 2-3 1000 mg tablets a day. Not because of the implant but it's fantastic for your entire body.

I'm surprised that nobody here inquires about MSM. It's a fantastic pain killer plus healing promoter. With MSM scars are way thinner than without. Read the booklet and go for MSM, you won't regret it.

Idk but I use penetrex cream for tendinitis and it works. Many ppl report success with it for fibromyalgia.
