You must (unless you're that stupid) follow your Urologist surgeon's instructions to the letter. Bad results can and will happen if you don't. Surgery (especially a dick implant) is nothing to mess around with. Of course there will always be idiots who don't and then blame the surgeon. I agree with others that any surgeon is open to litigation at some point however well respected they are. In the case of Perito I think he has more fans than haters.

He will have infections like other surgeons but I would assume his success rate outweighs the failure rate.

Sometimes things go wrong and we are all entitled to bad days at the office.

The first suit was a few years ago but if I remember correctly,I thought at the time the patient did a some crap that I thought contributed or caused the issue. Dr. Kramer told me this morning that Perito is a very skilled surgeon.

Perito I"m sure is skilled. It's actually so honorable and respectable that Kramer told you that- but then again Kramer is totally classy and has a pristine record, no dirt, academic and clean-cut. When I was shopping around, I thought Perito just flat out made me depressed- something a little sad/pathetic about him. He's really tan and old and wrinkly, chain-smokes, divorced and just married his office manager, history of lawsuits and almost went to prison selling drugs out of strip club, wears these cowboy boots. I liked his knowledge base and had a pretty office- but gosh his life just depressed me somewhat.

I found Dr Perito to be congenial, interesting, entertaining but most of all VERY KNOWLEDGABLE and not in the least depressing. He, like my 2nd opinion Dr in Nashville, had never seen an implant fucked up in quite the same way mine was. He was confident he could fix me...and he did.....

AND, if he did marry his office manager, I'm jealous. She is not only very beautiful and very sweet (I'd have married her myself - not really), but also very instrumental in getting my revision through my insurance company, which was a real nightmare. She kept at and kept at Humana until we jumped through the last hoop and were approved.

Whatever issues you guys have with Dr. Perito.....HE FIXED MY DICK!!!!!! 'nuf said...!
