Xmanow, thank you very much for all the detail. I had a Coloplast Titan put in by Dr. Scott Caesar, Cape Coral, FL. on Feb.3. From your photos, it appears I will follow right in your footsteps, except I weight a lot more than you do.. This is day 12, so I still have the boner from surgery. My question is about flaccid length. I used to be a turtle sized grower, but it is now obvious those days are over. What I want to know is, is there really any difference in your length inflated and not inflated? I am hoping not, but I need somebody to specifically tell me. Thanks.

I was and still am a grower even after my implant. (AMS 700 CX) 5.5 flaccid and 7 inches erect.

That is pretty good considering they are supposed to have the capacity to only grow 20%. 20% more would put you at 6.6"

I just measured my flaccid, haven't done that for a long time and couldn't remember what it was.
I am 17.5 cm when inflated and aroused (meaning glans is blood filled engorged).
Flaccid (with a non engorged glans) I am 15 cm.
In inches this means 6.9 and 5.9.
All measurements bone pressed with a ruler. But I am not fat, rather the opposite.
So there is about an inch or 2.5 cm difference.
Some of this difference is for sure due to the glans engorging.
My inflated length without glans engorgement is about 16.6 cm (6.5").
So it means my implant actually does get about 1.6 cm (0.6") longer when inflated.
This is for sure due to the cylinders to some degree creasing when deflated and then straightening when inflated.
The tips of the cylinders don't change the distance from the tip when inflating/deflating. They are always located in the same spot which is well beyond half way into the glans.

Same here, but I was 7 inches erect before using VED. I didn't gain length just didn't lose any. Just as my Urologist said.

Right now, I'm looking at a boner from surgery, but this is after having to look for my penis, not at it, for over 50 years. I'm still in disbelief. I can't measure it yet due to swelling and residual pain, but from past experience it looks like a 6" boner, which means when it gets deflated it ought to be over 5" which, to me is incredible. Zowee! 6" is what I had before all this started, and I'm quite sure I have lost nothing. Tips are right out in the glans like they should be. It's a Titan, by Dr. Scott Caesar, Cape Coral, FL

AH!......light bulb moment!........I never considered glans engorgement......prior to my implant I measured myself at 5 3/4".....and of course with a natural (even with help from pills) erection, the glans is engorged......with inflation only, I measured myself (as did Dr. Eid) at 5 1/2"........just now I inflated and stroked myself to arousal and sure enough, I've got 5 3/4".......this now puts to an end the uncertainty of "the disappearing quarter inch".......
