I know I'm British but I think we have a top implant top surgeon in David Ralph, he does over 300 procedures per year, runs a centre of excellence and trains other surgeons across the world.

I know two guys who are delighted with his work yet many European guys choose the usual suspects of Eid, Kramer or Pereto because they promote themselves like Hollywood stars.

Totally understandable if your in the US but surly in Europe this guy should be at least considered based on experience and volume ???

Volume gives them the experience..... In my revision, Dr Perito encountered an obstacle he'd not seen before. His experience and the confidence that comes with it guided him to a successful result. I think a Dr who does 300 a year would be a great choice..... Good luck....!

Yes, agree that'd be fine- you're saying what you've been told, which is totally honorable, and no fault of your own saying that Ralph does 300 per year. The problem is, he does a little bit under 80 per year. I only know this from few sources that seem impartial and accurate: A company rep who sells devices told me the numbers for him AND the entire UK a few weeks back, also it was published somewhere in a paper describing his volume in a year in so many words, and in a meeting with Karpman, he had a list somehow of exactly who did what and how they ranked. Looked like Perito did the most, over 450. Eid and Kramer both tied for 2nd in world, over 300. Karpman was delighted to tell me some guy Gerard Henry thought he was one of the highest in the world but was something like 18th. And Dr. Ralph did a total of 82 or so for past several years.

Remember, Ralph is the one promoting falsely here. Not to say he isn't spectacular, but he's saying he does vastly more than he really does. The other guys do that volume for real.

I only say FACT because a paper was published about UK implantation, I'll try and find this and will post link. Also Ralph did a promo video with a Rugby Dave and I'm sure he mentions 300 year on that. This said he's the senior man at the largest NHS Andrology hospital in the London and the UK and there are other senior guys there that he's trained like Nim Christopher and Mr Amr so he may include the whole hospital figures when he quotes 300. Likewise he performs oops in the private sector as well.

Hi, Sent you a PM. Would be interested to know more about UK implant surgeons. If can gauge any insight from anyone you have spoken to it would be much appreciated.
